No, if I get a good night sleep I am just fine in the morning. You may have low blood or an Iron problem.

I use to take an iron pill but I stopped, Drs orders. I may just start taking them again....thank you!!....years ago I had a complete hysterectomy and I needed a blood transfusion, I sometimes wonder if they put enough blood back in me lol....please tell me that's not possible lol...I know stupid question

Check the temperature in the room where you sleep.
Cool in summer and warm in winter are the best settings
to sleep well.

I do feel that way some days. but usually if I am just at home all day.

Do not take vitamins that your doctor told you not to, that could cause all kinds of problems. Maybe you need to get a complete health workup. You may need some other vitamin or to exercise or get a better sleep routine. Some vitamins in excess do more harm than good.

I sometimes feel tired.Ive been going to sleep at 3 in the morning and waking at 10 am. I do feel ok but get tired at around 5 take 15 minute nap then have to make dinner.

I didn't sleep too well last night and I'm kind of out of it today. I hope tonight will be better. I was sleeping fairly well until 2 nights ago.

It depends on what time I get to bed and what time I have to get up. On the occasions I can get at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep I'm good.

Yes, that happened to me today. I got about 7.5 hours of sleep last night and I was more tired than the day before when I only had about 5. I even took an nap today.

My mind is always bizzzy I get the sleepy time tea, and I try the herbs, melatonin, Tylenol PM. seems to calm me down. Yup it is a sleep time bill. :peace:

I always had a good night sleep but working 8 hours a day makes me feel tired.

I sometimes sleep ok but as for a good nites sleep, no, being tired during the day yes, but I do what needs to be done, no matter how I feel.

Some nights I get a good night sleep sometimes I don't. I work 24/7 and always ready to go when I get a police call. But I don't get tired if I didn't get enough sleep. However I do get tired if I sleep longer than 8 or more hours.

I'm a caretaker so I rarely sleep well.

Well I don't know if I can say that I exactly get a good night's sleep I mean I feel like I do in a way although I am aware of dreaming what feels like the entire time but I am defintely tired every single day. I have had sleep apnea for about 15 years (treated) but probably had it longer than that. Oh well I do what I can to rest well and I guess that is all we can do.

Slept thru triple digit temps after eating a plum at 4 am..... Life got good.

Yes, for me it's depression. I don't enjoy much of anything anymore.

I never sleep well at night. I have severe Restless Legs Syndrome. I am unable to take the meds that help with it so I never sleep well.

it could be a variety of things - diet, environment - or just a mental thing. Sometimes I feel tired when I have slept a lot and it's just a matter of me needing more time to "wake up" lol

Years ago? Your blood will build back up. Kind of like when you donate blood and they take a pint. Your blood will build back up. So no, that is not possible. haha. And it is not a stupid question. If you don't know then you don't know.

Actually cool all the time is the best to sleep in. If the room is too warm you probably are not going to sleep well.

I rest well unless I had a lot of liquid before bedtime and have to go potty during the night. I'ma morning person and jump up raring to go.

yep i'm tired. I go to bed tired and wake up tired. I'm not a good sleeper at all. I have to have a sleep study done next month to see why I can't sleep ,,, this should be good :)

I feel tired during the day but it's because I rarely get a good night's sleep. My dentist has me wearing a mouth guard while I sleep to prevent teeth grinding and for some reason, the guard keeps me from staying asleep all night. I am going to have to speak to the dentist again to see if there is some other solution to the problem that wouldn't interfere with sleep.

yes even the nights that I can get a full night sleep I am still tired. That may just be me thou with working some nights 9 pm to 1:30 am and some nights are 9pm to 5:30am which is only once or twice a week but they say that if you cant sleep the same time every day that althou you still get your sleep it still throws off your body cycles

There's a lot of times I don't get a good night's sleep. I can't shut my mind off from think and this affects me a lot

I generally only get a good night's sleep when my hubby shuts the dog down stairs with him at night. I love my dog but he wakes me up so much during the night I'm tired all the time.

I find taking care of your body and doing things such as stretching, yoga, foam rolling actually helps me get a better sleep
