Title: This is about instant, ground or whole bean coffee.
Post by: snuggleycutejc on September 29, 2017, 02:04:02 pm
It's National Coffee Day 9/29/2017, how do you like it the most? Do you make it at home or do you go get it? What kind of coffee maker do you have? I have had an expensive coffee maker that has the automatic timer to start the brewing and to shut down and the cheapest one at the Walmart. I had the electric drip percolator cool machine with a lot of parts. and I started young with the flame on the stove drip coffee pot, now it is the camping coffee pot lol, but this one can burn the coffee. All of these, makes coffee that tastes good, I need the fixings like cream and sugar, flavored coffee is good for me too, You Like a flavored coffee? Have a gr8 day  :present:

We have instant over here. If it's particularly hot out I'll pour it over ice. I put in a tablespoon of caramel flavored almond milk creamer and occasionally stevia.

I  am not a big  coffee drinker, 1 cup or so a day is about it. First thing in the morning and 1 glass of iced tea a day other then that I drink water. The iced tea was a hard one to give up completely  so the doctors let me have on after I get home from working.  Afib sucks  so have to watch the caffine.

I have 1 cup per morning, it helps my digestion. I grind my own beans but am not too picky about it.

I am whole bean all the way. I did not start drinking coffee until about six years ago (I am fifty four). I began with Chai and moved on to gateway coffees with tons of sugar on a part time Barista job I was at. I graduated to Carmel Macchiatos at Starbucks but was appalled at how much they charged (and I was willing to spend).I became more of a minimalist about four years ago-divesting myself of everything. I had grown quite fond of coffee and started lowering the amounts of additives I was putting in until I was drinking nothing but four shots of espresso every day. I started working with a large group of attorneys, about four years ago, and was amazed at their work stamina. They told me there secret was Deathwish coffee which has considerably more caffeine in it but does not cause jitters. I have been an addict ever since! I tried black insomnia from South Africa but was not happy with the taste or the side effects. Happy National Coffee Day!

I usually use instant or ground coffee. I do love the vanilla bean fraps at Starbucks but don't get them very often.

Ground and made in a coffee maker.  Hot in the winter, iced in the summer.

Black and without the creamers and sugars...blah!

Love my cuppa joe.

I like Starbucks as well, I usually get the double chocolatey frap or vanilla bean frap. But we also don't go very often. It's usually just a treat for once in a while and birthdays.

Love coffee but it's rare that I drink it late afternoon or evenings.   I do both, whole bean and ground.  I do have a jar of instant in the house, bought it when we thought we would lose power with the storms.

I have a Keurig and have become addicted to k-cups...some of them that is.  Mostly I like Green Mountain Breakfast Blend.  I have had some that have been nasty so I only occasionally try something new, usually a flavored coffee for a change of pace. I make most of my coffee at home but occasionally go to McD's or Bob Evans and have coffee with my breakfast.

I have a drip coffee maker, favorite brand is Folgers, but I will drink any coffee :)

I buy it ground, but the other day got a free bag of Blue Bottle coffee that was in bean form, threw it in the blender and now its ground :)

I like my coffee with a teaspoon of sugar and a tablespoon of creamer, I like flavored creamers best

My sons and I absolutely love coffee but due to heart issues I have cut back to one cup in the morning and on rare occasion I will get a iced coffee from outside home.  We use ground dark roast - used to grind our own beans but never replaced our coffee grinder when it went out.  Here's to all coffee lovers enjoy your day !

I have a Bunn drip coffee maker so ground coffee is made in the morning but use the Keurig in the evening.  Like trying different flavors of coffee creamers especially this time of year.

I used to love to drink coffee but can't anymore.  It triggered my vertigo.  Haven't had any further problems with vertigo since I quit drinking coffee.

I love coffee but limit myself to one cup a day so I bought a Keurig. I get different brand and different flavors. Recently, our Kroger had Starbucks Kcups on sale and I had coupons. I got 4 boxes of different flavors. Love my coffee!  ;)

Its now October, so don't know why I see these after the fact, but I like instant coffee. I don't have a coffee maker. If I did then I guess I like to make it in a brewer.

I drink instant at home, decaf, with lots of cream and one splenda :) my friends and family say I am really not a coffee drinker but a cream drinker with a hint of coffee; however I do like Lattes when I am out and Ice Coffee as well.

I'm not a big fan of coffee. It doesn't seem to be very good for you.
