Title: I have a question about payout

If you meant them asking for your email for PayPal it's because if you want payment via PayPal, you must make sure the email you provided to FusionCash is the email you have for PayPal (or linked to the account) so the money can go to your PayPal account.

I chose PayPal as I prefer to have my money there.. so I know how much I make with surveys etc.... in any case, all payout work great and the same way... so it is simply a personal choice

I don't really understand what you are referring to. Nonetheless, I think if it is a payment option you can find your answer in the help section.
