Title: Remedy for Inflamed Head

I have what I think might be called encephalitis (but I got it from thinking too much, not from germs). The current outdoor temperature in my area is cold, but that probably doesn’t mean it’s a good idea for me to go outside to cool my head. What can (or could) I do instead?

I think you should maybe see a DR and get suggestions from him.

Nothing better than old fashion steam shower to losen that head up.

I would go to an allergist. It sounds like you might have a flair up or an infection. I would not let it go. You never know what it could turn into.
