It had never happened to me until today. I have see others post about this and I guess I've been lucky. I did a full survey. I watched the bar go to 100 percent when I answered the last question. Instead of receiving 50 cents for completing this survey I received 1 cent and was disqualified. UGH !! >:(

It happens once in a while, but it has nothing to do with Fusioncash. If we don't get paid it is not their fault but the company that is putting the survey out there.

It doesn’t happen often but when it does it is very frustrating.

I would say it happens to me 1-2 times a week. You spend a ton of time and get 1 cent.

dqs happen whether early or late,surveys closed,quota exceeded....You do the surveys and sometimes it's perfect and sometimes it's not. Once you cash out and payment is pending you can also lose money,my first cashout had 1.50 deducted from several companies,you have no control and only can wait and see but once the cash is in your account it doesn't matter.

I hate that. The kind I hate even more is when it doesn't even tell you you're disqualified at the end, it just dumps you into the beginning of a different survery! So you're like ????

I do. I finally got a reply for a ticket I submitted back the first of Dec and they said sorry but if the company behind the survey doesn't pay for MY answers then they can't pay me. THEY can change it. They can make rules for the company who pays them. If our people we supply to take your survey spends 45 minutes answering your survey then you must pay them the 30 cents you promised. They need to be compensated for their time.

I have submitted a ticket for that very thing several years ago but guess its just the way it goes sometimes. It is very frustrating!

That's happened to a lot of us. On more than one occasion. All we can do is shrug it off and think that it's one cent they can't take away rather than qualifying now only to have it taken away sometime later. For some reason that has happened to me also.

This is a common complaint, but one we all face at one time or another. Sometimes it's best to just push yourself away from the computer and give yourself a break. I do appreciate that on some of those surveys that drag us on only to present us with the DQ at the end do compensate with the Long DQ pennies (up to 15¢) in addition to the one penny.

It happens sometimes. I will say though that it happens to me less on this site than other sites. Very frustrating though regardless.

That happened to me before and it really sucks because it takes time to complete those surveys. I Hardly do surveys any more because it is so time consuming

That is so infuriating. I am easily peeved, so I really steer away from the surveys. I can't stand spending valuable time answering questions only to be DQ'd. It grates my nerves!

It happens to to me all the time. FC doesn't do anything about it or claim they can't do anything about it. I completed 3 posts yesterday and didn't receive for any of them.

If I remember correctly, Fc paid me for a survey and the next month took the money back. I very seldom even try.

If I were you, I would fill out a support ticket and ask for manual crediting. Every once in a blue moon they do come back with crediting, although it is true that it is a waste of time most times you do it because you just get blown off by support.

And you spend sometimes over 20 minutes on them, and then get disqualified, it sucks. :(

Unfortunately it happens. I have experienced that a few times. Recently, I did 2 surveys, one after the other, and I didn't get paid for either. Both had error messages at the end when I clicked to get credit. :(

Yep that happens to me too sometimes. There is a site called mintvine.com where you can contact support when that happens to you and they manually credit you within 24 hours. It really comes as a big relief when they do that. I find support really good at that site.

This has happened to me quite often. It is so irritating to spend that much time on a survey and then get disqualified. It is not very often that I get qualified for a survey.

It happens all the time. Not just once, but one too many for me.

Sadly it will happen a lot mate there are always surveys like that, I recall doing one where the last one ask for my race I clicked it and was disqualified Lol was so dumb.

I just completed one of FC survey a few minutes ago. After completing the survey, the message was "thank you for completing the survey, but we have enough completions." I didn't get the credit I should have received. Shame on you FC!!!!!

I can entirely sympathize. That's made me so mad before. But fortunately it doesn't happen, or I wouldn't do a single survey. It's definitely not FC's fault though. Those surveys are made by other companies. And FC, at least, gives us a small bonus for trying those surveys.

Keep trying- better said than done right?! Don't let that discourage you because you could miss out on a bigger payout and possibly the chance to try products. Good luck!

My experience is more similar to yours. You are extremely lucky if you have been on any survey site for any length of time and it hasn't happened to you. I have had weeks where I have had it happen 2-3 times on Fusion alone!!!! And frankly, I am unsure whose fault it is. I think more possibly the survey company, but I also wonder if the survey site plays some role in it! For example, not renewing their equipment or not refreshing their system as they should. I just have no idea!

I think it's on whoever is presenting the survey. Maybe they have it set that way so they don't have to pay but then again maybe it's a glitch they're unaware of, who knows? Sometimes they have customer service contact numbers but I never bother to write them down or call.

Yes, I know how you feel, it happen to me today. Did the whole survey and then.. you are not qualified. It is not fair.

It happened to me too the other day. I was at the end of the survey to get my credits for I think around 75 cents and then BAM, I get disqualified and only receive 1 cent. I was like damn it lol.

Thank you all for the comments. Glad to see I am not the only one this happens to. I will not get discouraged though. Just hope it does not happen often.

That has happened to me more than once and each time it was just as frustrating. They safeguard themselves against bad survey takers but who is going to protect us? I feel that if it takes at least 20 minutes of our time we should be compensated half of the incentive that's just fair. It happened to me many times, and that's why I don't survey that much.

I feel we should all open Support Tickets when this happens. Over and Over again. Then maybe Support will start taking some action to prevent this from happening altogether. I think FC must make some huge bundle from this happening to just about all its survey takers who then don't take the time to open a support ticket and complain about it.

I had a few like that last month and they were fairly long; got disqualified at the end but I think that happens to all of us on FC once in awhile; I get mad for a minute because i feel I wasted so much time; but quickly get over it and just go on to the next survey since this is not an issue we have any control over.

Happened to me today but I didn't even get the 1 cent, as if I never tried the survey. It took me 45 minutes to complete it, too. That's what's REALLY frustrating.

This happens to me at least 2-3 days a week. It makes me want to scream, but what good will it make you feel, you are still being cheated.

I wish I could say I've gotten a lot less into the anger aspect of that happening rather than the whole *Isn't there a inboxdollars or Swagbucks survey I can be doing....then just sort of stay away for awhile. Some times i really don't remember my password because that happens. Other times I figure at least I got a penny for it.......some places don't even give you that. But yeah, the longer the survey the more inconvenient it is, without a doubt.

The best thing is, if you feel something is not right, just x out of if. That is what I have been doing for along time now. You can just tell how it is going most of the time. :angry7:

What I hate is when I do the survey to the end,it tells me it was completed , and I will be getting my cash in a few days. After about a week, I get disqualified fees.
