I need to stop biting my nails. I recently started this and stopped getting them done.

I want to stop buying impulsively. I purchased a book out of boredom and thought it would help with my career. Unfortunately, I felt guilty for buying it days later. I couldn't return it because of the shape it was in.

Eating. I'm supposed to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. I get tired of eating. When hubby is around, I'm fine but when he's helping one of his friends and gone all day, I seem to eat all day. I'm trying to lose 15 lb. but instead, i gained 10!! I had lost 7 lb and was happy about it but the next doctor appointment, I gained 10. That made me very unhappy.
Another part of the problem is hubby's diet. Since he need to keep his blood at a certain thinnes and some foods give him gout, it's a limited deal. I like a lot of salads, he can't have them all the time. I like to make saurkraut with hot dogs. He can't eat it (cabbage). He can't have spinach and most green foods. He can't have baked beans or bean soup because of getting gout, I always say I can eat what he can't and he can eat what I can't because I had to give of potatoes, pizza, and pasta for months because my numbers would be sky high.

They have stuff you can put on your hands to stop that. It tastes bad. You can get it for kids to get them to stop sucking their thumb. A co-worker says he daughter who is like a junior in high school still sucks her thumb. smh

I have a habit of eating some candy or cookies at home after any meal I eat. I have quit buying them as of last week. It is just like when I quit smoking 15 years ago. I am craving them badly and praying I do not give in. I want to lose some weight and without the snacking I think I can do it.

I really wish I could break my perfectionist streak that sometimes seems to rule my life. I keep telling myself no one is perfect, but it isn't really helping.

I really need to stop overthinking things. That's a really bad habit because it leads to inaction, which means nothing ever gets done!

That sounds just like my anxiety from thinking too much out of having a hard time with enhancing my reasoning skills sounds.

I am overly critical of myself and it is something I need to stop. I am hard on myself sometimes.

I would like to stop cleaning my house a thousand times a day, everyday. It gets so old, but I don't know how to stop. :(

Sleeping too much. If my son isn't home from work I am sleeping. I am sure it is due to depression but regardless I need to stop it.

Cutting out sugary drinks would be nice. At least to cut-down would be great!

I have developed a habit of making long-term goals with detailed step-by-step plans for everything I have to do. I don't blame myself for this because it was taught at my school AND my job. The problem is, this type of planning doesn't work for me. It takes time away from the actual work and all those little steps are never completed. I write down lots of things that I realize are irrelevant or unnecessary later. It has gotten to the point where I am putting "shred old to-do lists" on my to-do list... this definitely has to stop.
I can still have goals that say "I will complete task X by XYZ date and time" - I have been doing well with those. But I would like to break my habit of overplanning.

Forgetting to leave myself a note on what to do the next day/week.
Mostly have to get out of bed, as I tend to remember after I am hunkered down for the night.

When I was little I would pick and bite skin off of my lips. I still bite skin off of my lips sometimes to this day :S but It's not as bad as it was when I was a kid. Nowadays I also have a habbit of pulling out my beard hairs lol

When alone, I start singing for no reason.......doesn't hurt but certainly doesn't convey a detail in the workplace I'm pretty sure I need right now.

Stop letting myself get sidetracked. I can be working on a new project that I believe will increase my online income and end up wasting time with stuff that doesn't really matter (and I know it), just because it's easier to do and I don't need to think.

Picking at my skin especially on my fingers.

Sometimes I spray my testicles with apple cider vinegar and that's not joy,now talcum powder on the other hand is heaven.

I have OCD, and sometimes it bothers me that I have it, if things are out of place, I have to put it back the right way its suppose to be, can't stand anything dirty, dishes got to be stacked in a certain order, pots and pans has to be stacked in order from smallest to largest. Shoes too.

Lately I have been getting up for a snack in the middle of the night. I don't know why, because it is just empty calories I am eating. I have to stop.

Another sugar addict here, manage to kick the habit a couple of years ago, but fell off the wagon and I really need to stop the sugar cravings.

I've eliminated processed sugar from my diet mostly but I love milk and cookies as a once in awhile snack or monotony breaker,problem is now when I do have it I wake up sweating.

I need to believe in myself more and to stop procrastinating. These two habits have prevented me from doing a lot of things with my life. I need to give up snacking on unhealthy foods. I inherited my sweet tooth from my father. I'm always making him cookies and candy and of course I have to test them lol

I would like to stop freaking out and yelling at other drivers when they run red lights and stop signs, etc. >:( I'm afraid I'm gonna give myself a stroke someday.
I can't believe how badly people drive nowadays. Don't they have driver's ed anymore?
