Living a stones throw from the Hormel Foods Corporation in Austin, Minnesota. SPAM is a house hold word around here.... Did you know there is a REAL :) SPAM Museum ?? Do you like SPAM, have you tried it ? I'm not a huge fan but will have it fried with eggs and toast maybe once or twice a year. I have a friend who buys it by the case at the plant. :glasses-nerdy:

I've only tried it a couple of times. I wouldn't like to eat it every day but for all its bad reputation I didn't think it was that bad.
-
I am not fan of Spam. I have eaten it before. I am not saying I will not eat it because if it is served where I may be visiting I will eat it. It probably is best as a side with breakfast foods.
-
I’ve ate it, but not a huge fan of it. Wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
-
I've never tried it and I doubt I ever will. It seems so gross to me.
-
I heard it’s a huge favorite in Hawaii

We almost went to the spam museum on a road trip but they were about to close so we never went. I've eaten turkey spam. I've made spam fried rice. I haven't had it in years. I used to buy it every now and then when I lived in Hawaii because they actually consume more spam there than anywhere.

I did not know there was Spam museum. I tried it years ago when I was a kid. It was rarely served in our house hold and I haven't eaten it as an adult and I don't plan to either.

I have tried Spam before. I do like it. The best way to eat Spam is to warm it on the stove in a frying pan, till a bit of color change to the meat. Put it on bread with mayo, than eat it! :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover:

We love spam here I love to fry it and put it on a biscuit with some cheese oh my gosh delish
-
Fried/diced up with eggs/tomatoes wrapped in tortilla........yum :silly:
-
I remember that my mom would cook it once in a while when I was a kid, but I wouldn't eat it now.
-
Yes, I eat it occasionally but only fried crisp! On a sandwich or with eggs and toast. It sure has been around a long time!!
-
I can take it or leave it, never buy it though as hubby hates it and won't even try to eat it, but his dad used to take him hunting and fishing and that is all they would have to eat. Mom used to buy it once in awhile and dice it up and fry it then put scrambled eggs, green Chille and cheese. Then we would wrap it in Torillias for breakfast. It was ok but I preferred the eggs and things without it. But I little brother and sister loved it. Now he won't eat it and my sister lives on it. Go figure.

I actually like SPAM. My mom used to make a pan of Mac and Cheese and slice the SPAM to lay on top if she didn't have left over ham. I thought it was great.
-
You could make a lot of different dishes with spam.
-
When I was a child my parents served Spam on occasion. I enjoyed it then but now as an adult not as much.
-
I must admit that I never really tried that before.. is it that good?? :))) I guess I will have to at least once right? :glasses-nerdy:

Very interesting but Spam is the worst thing to eat and very high in sodium. What's really in that can? Processed pieces of meat? ewww... I think it should be banned.
-
I eat it in spells, have a can in my cabinet.
-
We slice and fry, then serve with hash browns and eggs.
-
We ate it a long time ago when we were kids and thought it was great. Have not tried it in a long time. Afraid it will be like the canned sausage we ate as kids.
-
I have tried it, I do not like it, too salty, and a required taste
-
The reduced fat/sodium Spam is the way to go! Honestly, I didn't try Spam until a year or two ago... I love it!
