Happy May everyone.  So happy winter is over, now just waiting for summer and all the things you can do outside.

It is going to be beautiful this week (until Friday, that is) in northeastern KY.  Temps in the 70's and low 80's.  But, I just can't hardly believe it is May 1st already!!

I am so glad May is here even though the first day of it here in northern NJ has a very high pollen count and I am suffering from hay fever big time. Just the fact that this week will be warm is enough to keep me smiling even given the hay fever.

May brings nice weather. Here in Georgia all we have had is rain, rain until this week. It is supposed to be beautiful all week. I'm so happy with the weather right now. What makes May even better is that my son's Birthday is the 11th right around Mother's Day which also makes May even better. I also have a nephew born on the 26th and a sister that was born on the 4th. Happy May to everyone. :rainbow: :rose:

I lovw may because of the warm weather that we start to have and that warm weather feels great after a very cold winter

Yeah, I'm very excited about the weather. Not to keen on the amount of lawn mowing I'm going to have to do at my house (lol), but I'll take this over the snow and ice any day.

Same to you. What do I like/love about May? It has a lot of beautiful weather with so many flowers and means imminence of summer in the Northern Hemisphere.

First day of May and off to a bad start.  Had a large bush fire in our suburb today and was stuck inside on the first nice day.

I have been in a deep dark depression because of my son's situation and because my best and only friend my little shih tzu had to be put to sleep but I am going to get out of it one way or another.  So happy May to you I need to look like this new month is a new beginning.

That’s usually (if not always) the case in the Northern Hemisphere.

I'm sure it will be.  I'm not looking forward to the summer heat and ants or the kids being out of school and arguing nonstop and eating me out of a house and home (lol) so I'm really enjoying the weather right now.
