Garlic butter........ :silly:

I put salt and pepper on mine, and I put Ranch on everything, love it.

I like either butter or olive oil, whatever I happen to be in the mood for. I also use garlic and a pinch of paprika. The paprika gives it a nice color, appealing to the eyes.
Wow, it's not even lunch time and I'm ready to chow down. :silly:

I like butter and some times I will add old bay seasoning.
-
I cooked my scallops wrapped with bacon and bake it. so yummy!
-
I tried them once at Red Lobster and ended up spitting them in my napkin, not something I care for, they are slimy to me. Maybe I didnt get good ones
-
Garlic and butter, but I don't eat them often.
-
I don't like Scallops but my husband does he normally likes them with just salt and pepper, crispy fried. :) :) :) :)

I am not a seafood eater. However, my father loved scallops wrapped in bacon, :rainbow: :rose: :peace:

Butter, salt, pepper and garlic

Salt, pepper, and butter for a great taste.
-
I have not ate them in a really long time. They are pretty expensive. And I have heard if you don't fix them just right they are rubbery and tough.
-
I don't care for scallops. My husband likes them, but he doesn't eat them often. He gets them at Red Lobster when we eat there.
-
I let the Chef season my scallops.
-
Thanks everyone, I used oil, butter and lemon juice and they were soooooooo good, oh and in the skillet :)
-
??? what is a scallop? lol
-
My husband is the scallop cooker in the family. He cooks them in the oven, and they always turn out perfect. We are not much on a lot of seasoning, but I think he puts a little butter on them. Scallops are my favorite seafood, and usually what I order if they appear on a restaurant menu.

i tried them once at red lobster and i dont like them,,,,,,,,, :bad:

Scallops cooked perfectly are delicious. Most of the time they are not cooked well and they are rubbery little *bleep*, not good at all.
-
I tried them once ( I was told by a scallop lover that they were good.) but they had the weirdest mouth feel to me. I didn't like it at all. I'm not a big fan of jello either and that's basically what a scallop feels like.
-
saute them in butter and a little bit of salt and pepper. Just a quick sear. I get the pan hot, add the butter and put the scallops in like a clock, start at 12:00 and go around, by the time I've reached 11:00 I then flip them over and again, by the time I reach 11:00 they are ready to be removed. Remove them starting at 12:00. Scallops get rubbery if overcooked. Love fresh scallops.

Mrs. Dash (garlic/herb flavor) a little pepper, butter and chopped garlic.
-
if cooking i use some butter and let the flavor come out .
-
A pinch of sea salt and paprika. I haven't had them in a long time. Too expensive like everything else. I used to saute them and tossed with seasoned Ramen or other thin noodles.
-
Scallops are great. Sometimes the most simple seasonings are the best to me. I like garlic and butter and sometimes just a bit of lemon juice, butter, and salt.

You cook scallops after my own taste. One also has to be careful how long you cook scallops as they can become tough. Lord, I love me some deep sea scallops but can't afford them none too often!
-
scallops is horrible
-
I don't season mine with anything because I wouldn't be caught dead with them on my plate to begin with. I have always hated them even though they were my Dad's (may he rest in peace) favorite food.
-
Garlic and butter.
-
I never eat scallops.
-
Maybe three or four times in my life.
Think it was garlic butter, but not sure.
A little like chewing rubber.
