There was only one I ended up tossing, the choco peanut butter *bleep*: mochi (pounded rice) wrapped around peanut butter and dipped in chocolate. The chocolate was poor quality and I hated the texture. Nasty!
The Bubble Tea popcorn was my favorite. There were also a few chewy sesame candies that reminded me of Coffee Nips, some bizarre smoked plum hard candies, a kinda-sorta- giant cheese puff flavored with seaweed (which tasted vaguely like Funyons), spiced crackers that were really good, and a "Spicy Scallion Stick" that was like a gigantic version of the Chinese crackers the bulk stores used to sell. Not a bad box, but glad I didn't spring for the larger size.
...Which I did for next month. It's England. 8)

My daughter tried the mochi candy when we were in Hawaii last time. She didn't care for it. I didn't try it because I despise rice.

I just had a survey the other day about mochi. I was DQ'd because I had never heard of it before. Is it always peanut butter and chocolate, or does it come in other flavors? (I'm not a big fan of peanut butter.) Sounds interesting to try different snacks from around the world!

It is an interesting concept. I can imagine getting some really good boxes and some really questionable ones

Mochi is a rice-based candy. It's sometimes given other flavors, sometimes it's not.

That's some really strange sounding snacks. I've tasted bubble tea in tea from, but never heard of bubble tea popcorn!!! Anything I've ever tasted containing seaweed, I didn't care for, so I would be reluctant to even taste that one! But it IS cool to see what other folks are eating around the world! We are all so different in some ways, but alike in many other!

I am not sure what you are referring to(boxes) but the contents sound interesting.

Honestly, I prefer cheaper candies like Reese's and if I want rice, I do rice crispy treats. Not sure if imported candies are as safe as exported ones, but I trust Hersey for anything mixed like that.
