Title: Do you eat cheesecake?
Post by: snuggleycutejc on July 30, 2018, 07:01:29 am: Only on holidays, my son makes cheesecakes, he loves them, he made a banana one. If I ate them all the time I would be as big as a house :'(

I have to skip some of them because of the calories, but this year I am giving myself permission to indulge. So, here's what Cheesecake Factory tweeted yesterday:

"Our #NationalCheesecakeDay celebration with Any Slice, Half Price* for dine-in guests starts tomorrow!

Packed um all up and brought them to my then in-laws. Now I realize I should have sliced em and created variety platters. We had cheesecake coming out our ears. I wonder how a sugar free cheesecake would taste. My favorite is chocolate raspberry. So I think this year for my b-day I'm going to make that for my "cake."

And I quit eating cheese five and a half years ago. I'm not sure exactly what cheesecake is made out of, but I really don't think I will be trying it.

A friend of mine is in the same book club I'm in and at the end of every year we have a holiday party to which she brings her special homemade cheesecake with cherries on top. Boy, is that ever tasty! I look forward to it every year.

So we have that kind on his birthday which we still celebrate even though he passed. At Christmas we buy a cheesecake "ring"that has turtle cheesecake slices, raspberry or strawberry slices and some plain oh also has a couple of plain & chocolate swirl. Yum tasty

I just finished the half-price slice of cheesecake I bought at the Cheesecake Factory on the "national" cheesecake day (July 30). It is a large portion, but you best not eat all in one sitting -- Lemon Meringue cheesecake -- it lasted 8 days! Yummy! 🍰
