Title: email address not valid.

I have had the same email address for 15 years. I do not have another one, & don't want another one. I don't get what's up with this?  I get email's  from you to participate in your surveys so, your emails are getting through. Please check your end for your doing something wrong. please advise me on this screw up.

Make sure you also put in a support ticket with this information.  Have been slow in responding to help tickets for your information.

a support ticket may get a faster, better result as this board is for support/answers from other users, not FC support team

I am not understanding what the problem is.  I am assuming that you are getting a message from Fusion Cash that your email address is not valid but when are you getting it. You post that you are getting email invites from Fusion Cash so when do you get the message that email is not valid.

maybe go under accounts and reset it
