When I clicked on my first survey today, I got a strange message:
"Sorry, something went wrong on our end. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.(001-005.b)"
It happened a couple of times in a row, so I changed browsers to see if that would make a difference. I still got the same thing. I was able to get DQ'd with a Tap Research survey and received my $.01 reward, but most of the surveys I've tried have shown me the same message about there being a problem. Since I haven't found anything about this issue in the forum, I'm wondering if it's just ME or are other people seeing this?

I don't know, but had to get a new computer yesterday because my old 9 yr old Windows 7 crashed.
Got a new Windows 10 and got some good surveys this morning.
The last one I did there were like 15 surveys left...when done, came back and they were all gone except Peanuts lab....says no more surveys left...I hope this new computer didn't block something!

I usually only attempt TAP but after reading your posting, I went to FC surveys and attempted two FC surveys. All was normal on my end. I got the message that I did not qualify and a penny.

I have seen similar messages before but not of late. Those little outages don't last very long, at least they don't for me. I wonder if the survey admin are working on the site at the time when you try logging in.
Are you still having issues with this or did things clear up for you?

I got the same message several times earlier in the day, but then I quit seeing it, and received DQ's and completion rewards as usual. I guess it was a temporary glitch. I'm always happy when these things turn out to be temporary. Maybe it was something on MY end!

Yes, I get that sometimes, I just move on to something else.

I got that once yesterday doing a TAP survey, but not again, still was able to make .45 or so on TAP. I will keep my eye out!

I've gotten that too. I usually like to do tap research to start earning a few cents.
