Title: Help with referrals?

So, I'm pretty sure getting people to sign up under you makes money fairly quickly, but I'm having a hard time getting people to sign up!  What are some tips to get people referred?  Have people made their own webpages with referral links? Do you only post it on your networking sites?  What's the secret here? Thanks!

I have a system that I promote in traffic exchanges (I own two of them - hint - my name) and in Ning Sites.  I also make videos on youtube.  I focus on helping everyone that joins with me in my system, by making pages, banners, ect. as well.  I believe that in giving and helping others you will be rewarded!  So share it with everyone you can!
