Post by: Nancy5 on March 05, 2020, 08:09:25 am
She just announced she is dropping out of the race.  The list is getting smaller everyday.

Yes, the list is definitely getting smaller. I wonder if she'll endorse another Democratic candidate?

I was wondering the same.  If she follows everyone else it will be Biden.

She will endorse Bernie. She is much more aligned to his socialistic philosophy. If Bernie wins the nomination, she is the most likely candidate to be his running mate.

Finally... she is a few days too late to help Bernie & screwed him over.  Is it an ego thing that they stay in when they know they have no chance, or just a money grab thing to get more campaign money?

Two seventy plus year olds on one ticket? It won’t happen.

I was disappointed to hear this. I would have voted for her.

She should have dropped ut a few days ago when she would have had more influence.

I was very sorry to hear Elizabeth Warren is dropping out of the race. I really really want to see a woman president before I die so I supported both her and Amy Klobuchar, but neither one is going to make it to the finish line.

Joe Biden will be the only one left. I wonder who he will choose for VP

Yes, she did not win any states, so why keep spending money all that money.

It will be interesting to see....do people think Sanders has a chance? Will either candidate get enough votes by convention time or will there have to be emergency measures taken?

That makes two races she’s dropped out of!

Is it an ego thing that they stay in when they know they have no chance, or just a money grab thing to get more campaign money?

Not long ago she gladly took $3 from a supporter who only had $6 remaining in her bank account. I didn't like her before that, but I lost ALL respect for her after that cash grab.

For all of the fake accusations leveled against Donald Trump, nobody running for the White House has publicly lied to the extent/extreme that Elizabeth Warren did.

For those who are upset about once again about not seeing our first female President = I understand that sense of 'loss' but please PLEASE don't cast your vote for someone based solely on the presence of a second X chromosome. In a few more years/elections, there could very well be a truly qualified female Presidential candidate named Nikki Haley. Take a close look at her if and when she decides to run for the office.

I totally agree about a qualified female president but there doesn't seem to be any right now. I did kinda like Tulsi Gabbard but I wouldn't vote for her because she wasn't "ready." I didn't like Warren at all. Too much lying and hating going on with her.

She's in a pickle now because she trashed both Biden and Bernie and she was really nasty to them, yet she's desperate to at least take the VP spot of whoever wins the nomination. That's why she hasn't thrown her support behind either of them. She doesn't care who wins the nomination as long as she is chosen as VP.

I wonder if she will, too.  ??? It's been a few days and she still hasn't.

I was a bit shocked (and disappointed) that she fell out. As a student with a considerable amount of debt, I was very attracted to her student loan platform. Plus, it was refreshing to see a non-male candidate.

I understand where you are coming from, but she really isn't the answer. I've been out of school for over 20 years. I still have a six figure student loan debt which I fully expect to be chasing me until I am in the grave.

Would it have been nice to be able to rid myself of that anchor around my neck, simply by picking a President who would wave a magic wand and make it all go away? Sure.  But at what expense? Do I really have the right to demand that someone else who has been financially smarter or luckier than I to be responsible for my debt?

There definitely needs to be some college tuition reform in this country, but Liz Warren's communist plan is not the right approach.

I think she’s waiting to see who’s leading in the polls and that’s the person she will back.
