There have been too many things going on in my life and in the world lately for me to want to do anything special for Saint Patrick’s Day this year. Sometimes I will put up some decorations or wear green out, and sometimes we have a special dinner, but no, not this year I think.

OMG I LOVE McDonald's shamrock shake!  They've dramatically changed the presentation of the shake from when I was a kid by adding the whipped cream -- looks so fancy now.  I haven't had one in forever & now I want one.

One of my neighbors usually tries to find green beer. I'd love some corned beef hash, though.  :clover:

I have on a green shirt and vest, but I don't have anything special foodwise.  I've been to restaurants in the past where ordinary food items turned up green, and that's pretty offputting.  It reminds me of Dr. Seuss's "Green Eggs and Ham."
