Title: Hmmm. PTC rule change?
Post by: sfreeman8 on May 13, 2020, 10:22:56 am: Have the ability to do PTC change from 5 cents to something else? I tried 7 Tap Research surveys yesterday, the 12th, received credit for being DQ'd which equaled 7 cents. My account was credited for the 7 cents but I can't do PTC today, the 13th, because it says I have to earn more. I was under the impression you only needed 5 cents to qualify for PTC. I also did the Top Coupons video and was credited. So, why can't I do it today? >:(

Really something with me when I was credited for Tap Research in my account? The PTC never said anything about how much I needed to earn except that I had to do 5 cents worth...so evidently, my account wasn't credited on the FC back end even though it shows in my account.

It must be a glitch with your account. Hopefully, it will be rectified soon.

Post by: kjstrukel on May 14, 2020, 03:12:07 am: I have had no problems, either. I'd suggest a ticket. Maybe clear your cache? I was able to do a .06 cent Tap Survey yesterday morning and then was too busy to try any more. I was able to do the PTC today.

Post by: ccandpam on May 14, 2020, 05:06:53 am: I have not had any problems either. When I am disqualified from a Tap Survey, it always counts towards my PTC. I would submit a support ticket and see what FC says.

I imagine it is just a glitch, and I hope it gets fixed for you. If the issue persists, you can obviously submit a support ticket.

Idk somebody else said that they had a problem a while back and needed 7 cents to do the ptc and nobody else was having an issue. It must be a glitch. I have never had any issues.

Post by: sfreeman8 on May 15, 2020, 12:22:13 pm: I never had that problem before. I've never had "extra" left in the account to use for the next day either, no matter how much I earned. Today I had completed a $.14 survey plus other tries. By rights, shouldn't the $.14 be enough for 2 days of PTC plus the additional survey tries (a total of $.43 cents)? Shouldn't that give me 8 days of ability to do PTC? No, it doesn't. I still only get to qualify for the 1 day, tomorrow.

Post by: kuponsaver2011 on May 17, 2020, 10:26:50 am: One thing to check is whether your browser updated and instituted some "security" changes. Sometimes a browser will block something that FC needs access to in order to record your earnings/DQs.
