Title: Surveys-Error Message
Post by: bhdz on May 23, 2020, 01:54:09 pm
I already met the minimum today through Tap Research, but I have been getting error messages on both FC Surveys and Peanut Labs. The messages are pretty generic. After I answer the qualifying questions, it says something like sorry, but an error has occurred. Also, Peanut Labs would sometimes allow me to click the start survey button, but the page would simply refresh as opposed to starting the survey. I think I'll take a break and come back later today.

Today, 5/30/20, is the second weekend I have not been able to access any surveys and that items on the video page is not crediting.  It happened last weekend too.  I just keep getting an error message no matter what I try.  Two other sites have been working just fine. However, on Monday and then throughout the week, everything worked well on FC.  I made out a support ticket but nothing as yet.  This is becoming extremely frustrating.  Frankly, I have better things to do.  Why, suddenly, is FC being so poorly maintained.

There is little chance that I will be able to get $25 in order to cash out when I usually do.  That is disappointing.  I have to admit that if this happens much longer with any consistency, I will either be quitting FC entirely or decreasing my work on the site quite drastically.  I guess if I clear $15 per month, then that's what I clear as long as I don't have to work very hard at doing so.  I am just becoming fed up with the increasing lack of technical maintenance and opportunities that are available anymore. I hope that whomever is overseeing FC reads this as well as my support ticket and does something about it.

Well, it's Monday morning, June 1.  I still cannot access the survey page.  Where is the oversight and maintenance?  This is getting old! It has started happening to me fairly regularly.  I am going to hang out with Fusion for a while yet, but I will not be remaining as an active participant if this continues.

I have not seen any issues with tap research here lately. I have also been completing  fc surveys more lately and they are crediting just as fast. I hope you resolve the issue soon :)

And here I am, Sunday, June 7, and the site is partially working.  Still not functioning properly so it is not worth my time to  be flipped on and off the site as i am trying to do surveys.  Don't know why I am having this problem as my 2 other sites are functioning normally.  Will give Fusion a couple weeks and then I am done!

I haven't had any issues to speak of for quite some time now. Have you tried clearing your cache or temp files? I mean, it couldn't hurt. I know there have been times when I have gotten an error message, but it actually did work. I'm the first to admit, sometimes the issue IS on my end, not theirs. But I just didn't know it at the time.

I haven't had any problems except not qualifying for FC surveys, but that's nothing new. :) I do clear my cache and temporary files every night and if I go on many sites before survey sites, I clear them again so everything is good. The only problem I'm having is no videos most of the time but I rarely did them anyway except for Top Coupons, and they haven't been around for a while.

Tap research has some errors hear and there but they usually have a error page you can submit if something does not go right. I know because if you dont finish a survey naturally a lil screen pops up for me and gives me options of why it didn't work right

Still having "http error 500" notices intermittently.  Some days I can access surveys from my laptop; others I can't.  I am wondering what has changed in the oversight and administration of this site over the last 3 months or so because I rarely had problems over an almost 5 year period prior.  Strange!

I opened a ticket today (8/8) because for two days now I keep getting the "500 FC can't handle the request error"
Sorry don't judge but I'm glad to know I'm not the only one here!!

Are you talking about the FC surveys on the right hand side or center of the page? Are you having this problem with TAP surveys?

The internet is overloaded because so many people are working from home. That could be one of the reasons.

Or it could be that you are over quota or do not meet the profile for the survey. Instead of being given that information, you are getting an error message instead.

There seems to be several problems with the website lately. I too have submitted a help ticket for an error only fixable by the website owner/administrator. I got a response that they are working on it.  I am hopeful it will be fixed soon.

FC needs maintenance the  moderators and administrator have their heads in the sand all lame excuses!
