Well, just got notification from FC that Benchmark revoked two of my payments. That will cancel my cash out although I have not yet received that notification.
I had really gushed about Benchmark and their well paying surveys in an earlier post. ???
In case you have never seen a Notification of Revocation of Payment, here is what one looks like
The advertiser for FC Survey: Benchmark Bumper Sequential Bumper Sequential Survey has revoked payment for your signup. We have adjusted your account to remove the credit for FC Survey: Benchmark Bumper Sequential Bumper Sequential Survey and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We are unable to provide compensation in the event of advertiser revocation.
FC Surveys are revoked for one of several possible reasons: your answers were rejected by the survey provider, or you completed the survey too quickly, or (in some cases) you were required to complete a second step (e.g. attend a focus group) and you failed to do so.

I did a Benchmark survey a while ago and thought they paid pretty well, I even posted it on here somewhere. But a week or so later they revoked my payment. ::)

You know what they say. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I gushed about Benchmark after doing a couple of their surveys and have never seen them on the FC site since.

That is so unfortunate. I don’t remember taking Benchmark surveys recently, but I’ve had exactly one payment revocation since I started here. However, I usually let my earnings accumulate. So it didn’t affect my cashout.
-
Oh, that's unfortunate. When they revoke your payment and you no longer have the $25 to cashout, do they credit your account back immediately? Or do you have to wait? If they gave you back your earnings already, maybe you can earn enough to cashout for this month?

I remember reading your upbeat post about Benchmark. Sorry about your let down. As inviting as it may be to jump on board the higher paying surveys, sometimes, not always but sometimes, they don't work out.
I'm a member of a few good survey companies that offer only their surveys. I have more confidence and faith that their higher paying surveys do pay and are not revoked.
I am not sure how Benchmark operates but from the few responses on your thread, you're not the only one who lost their payment. That tells me something.

That's too bad, I hate when that happens.

From previous experience, your balance is deposited back into your account but FC has not yet taken the revoked payment out of my account and I am still set for cash out. I am waiting to see what happens.

In all the years that I have been on FC, I have had maybe four payments revoked including this time. Only one other time did a payment get revoked after I had cashed out. I remember that the notification said that a payment had been revoked causing my cash out to go below $25 which canceled cashout and that my remaining money had been put back into my account. And it was all done with the one notification.
As I said in the previous response, my revoked money has not yet been taken out of my FC account and I am still set for cashout.
I am waiting to see what happens. If I get paid, then there is plenty of money currently in account to take out what I owe FC. If FC does remove the money that I owe them and puts the balance back into my account, I will be able to cash out this month.

That's too bad. I don't think I have ever done a Benchmark survey. Sound's like that is a good thing.

After taking the two Benchmark Surveys, I never saw Benchmark Surveys again on FC.

so sorry that happened to you I didn't have a cashout for this month.I will try for next month

How frustrating! Rejection is never good news no matter what form it comes in! I had it happen here a couple of months ago, after I had cashed out, and my remaining earnings were put back into my account as you described. Thankfully, in that particular month, I had kept earning after I'd cashed out, and I had enough of a cushion to cash out again.

A few years back that happened to me. I got a notification from FC that one of my payments had been revoked. My cash out was cancelled and my money put back into my account. I was able to cash out the next month.
However, FC did not take the money out of my account this time even though they said that they would. I got paid.
I owe FC $1.40 which is in my account. They know how to find me.
Should I open a support ticket and remind FC that I owe them some money?

i am glad you got paid this month.
I'm sure FC will remember you still owe them. i 'm sure you will see the deduction soon.
Congrats to all who got paid this month!
That actually includes me! Thanks FC! :rose: :rainbow: :peace:

I never heard of a Benchmark survey but if I see one I am going to avoid it after reading this.
