Title: What is your favorite streaming network?
Post by: kjstrukel on August 24, 2020, 03:03:27 am: I recently discovered Peacock and it is great. Its free (with ads) and has a ton of good stuff to watch. I binged so much Netflix during the spring, I am not sure if I'll keep my membership.

It used to be Netflix and Sling the majority of the time, but lately we've been watching a lot of Hulu and Tubi. Sometimes Pluto or Prime. I guess it depends on where certain shows are. They'll leave one service and go to another.

Where do you use it at or get it? I did not see it available on Roku. When I asked their reply was "Squawk about it to your provider if you can't get it" and I informed them I would not use their service no matter what.

I like Hulu and Disney+

I have never had ads pop up while watching hulu. They do have ads but they are just like the advertisements on prime time tv.

Post by: braggin on September 02, 2020, 05:28:54 am: Thanks for the tips about Peacock. I have Amazon Prime and have enjoyed many hours of movies and TV shows on that. I like being able to access just about any movie I would want to see, even though some of them charge a fee.

Post by: cathy37 on September 02, 2020, 10:41:47 am: I use Netflix most of the time when I'm not watching regular TV. I have used Pluto and because we have Verizon we got a year's free Disney Plus.
