A special shout out to those emergency workers that are fighting those wildfire.  I pray for protection for all of them and also for the people affected.

I do as well. Those wildfires are terrible.

Those fires are keeping those poor workers spent . They rarely get time off when there are more than one fire to fight. Hopefully soon they will die down so the firefighters can get some proper rest

The last I heard is that the emergency workers had gotten some of the wildfires under control and people were coming back to their homes. Hopefully at some some point everyone will be able to go home.

They have these every year. I had family in the area of where the wild fires were last year. They were sending me pictures looking out the front door and the fire was right there in their face. They moved a few months ago.

I start to complain about how hot it is and how gross all the air has been from the smoke, and then I remember those guys are right in the thick of it, battling fire up close plus wearing heavy suits. How tough you must have to be.

I know. Those wildfires are horrible and very sad.
