Title: BO exception

did anyone else not get their cashout and get this: Fulfillment Status: BO Exception, posted 2020-10-21.
this is only the second time it has happened since I joined...I sent in a ticket like I did the last time and hope it gets fixed

I have never seen that message.  What is a BO Exception?

Only the 2nd time?  It should not happen ever.  Whatever the problem was the last time it will be the same thing again.  I would assume they are aware of the issue.  Getting it fixed may be a different issue.  How long did it take the last time to get any type of response?

I remember this happening a few months ago and it was resolved. Members did get paid.

I use PayPal and there was no problem.

I hope that you will open a support ticket.

Yes, I was one of the ones this happened to awhile back.  It seemed to happen to DD (paypal was fine I think)  and yes I did get paid within 10 days or so.
