I just received notification that my TapResearch account has been banned due to "fraudulent activity " has this happened to anyone else? :(

Click on the little person in upper right , then help, add your ip address and state it's your home computer, no VPN and your surveys are always honest. They will respond! I have contacted them in the past this way and they always answered!

I was banned once for no reason...I sent in a support ticket and it was reversed..this was a few years ago

Was banned from surveys a few times, but not my whole account.

This has never happened to me. I am sorry it happened to you. I hope that you get it fixed.

As others have suggested, contact TAP support directly. It probably is a mistake or misunderstanding or a glitch. They will respond.

Won't load!!
MyThoughts survey ended with " This service is not available " so today is email only .02 ..

it briefly went to the site then I got the same Invalid message...looks like Tap is done and in that case I am too as I'll never be able to cashout

No TAP for me, but not banned. I would contact their support.

No. But I do not have an account with TAP. TAP is not working for anyone on this site so I don't think that is the problem. I would have asked what they mean by "fraudulent activity" unless you were doing something wrong and know it and got caught. If I knew I had not done anything wrong I would want to know what was going on.

Thanks for the info. So basically most of us are never going to be able to cash out again as most people were saying TAP was about all they had left to earn. Nothing else is working. I would like to know WHY they are no longer available to FC.

Because it's not just FC. Tap Research has changed to mobile only. They are no longer supporting surveys on PCs. FC doesn't have a mobile app, therefore they are not eligible to partner with Tap Research.

This as the notification after TapRsearch was stopped on Timebucks:
Tap Research is BACK As you may know, Tap Researched stopped all operations on Desktop and Mobile Web traffic. This means they only supply surveys to in-app users. So in order to get them back we have built a mobile app that runs Tap Research only.

Work on getting a FC survey, any one of them. The DQ pennies do not count towards $0.05 needed for PTC, but surveys do. It takes time, but I have gotten one 3 of the 4 days I have tried this week.
