Title: STamps.com Problem

For the stamps.com credit I was suppose to download the program. It charged me 17.95; is this refundable after I cancel the product.  I also did not receive any credit for this OR the babylon language translator i installed for credit.  I can submit proof if needed. Please help.

any help or insight on this, i read in the past it has had problems before.

call them immediately about the charge. they are supposed to bill monthly, (if you sign up 10/08 - then you get billed 11/07)
you were expecting the introductory offer to try out their product so, why is there a charge for 17.95? it may be a mistake with the tracking link or something else...who knows. go back through their link to find the 800 #. good luck.
