Title: Survey Problems
Post by: bostonphil on February 08, 2021, 03:09:04 am
I am getting this message with several surveys. I think this has happened now four times.

Sorry, something went wrong on our end. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.(001-gNTSv1-001)

I tried another survey and got another error message.

We are experiencing some technical issues, please try again.

Internal Server Error
Error ID: 4b09c11febd246219b1d6fa4c7e27802

This is not happening with all of them but it is happening with a lot.

I have seen error messages before. I am getting one on another site. I sent them an email and asked if there is an issue with my account or if there is a glitch on their site.  They owe me over $100 so, according to what people have posted on here, when you do a survey that pays really really well they tend to suspend your account.

I have seen the first 2 error messages before but never the last one. I think the issue is on their end, as the first message says.  It is either the site or the one behind the actual survey.

I've seen those error messages once or twice, but I usually move on to another survey and it works. Sometimes there's just a problem with their server or something.

Those could be survey errors or browser errors. Switch up browsers and see if you get the same issues. If your using firefox switch browsers it hasnt been updated right ever since flash was dropped by adobe.

never got it but you could do as above and switch the browsers. maybe try Opera or chrome or flock. If you using an old pc like vista, then try on a windows 10 pc. Sometimes the older browsers on an older machine wont work.
