Title: B O Exception

I am reading from members that a few of the FC problems seen to be getting corrected.

I am hoping that those members who never got paid because of a B O Exception might soon see your money.

Also, see if you can finally change your payment method from Direct Deposit to PayPal.

I am not certain but some members who use direct deposit are unable to get their money. They get an error message that there is a B O Exception. It has something to do with banking. It is telling members that there is a problem on the FC side and the money did not go through.

Members have opened support tickets to no success. 

I do not think that any FC member understands what a B O Exception is. You would probably have to work in the field.

I still never got my December cash out (BO exception)  and no answer to any tickets.  I was gone for a couple weeks and I was hoping that it would be fixed when I got back,  but no such luck.  :(

I'm owed one sigh. Funny thing is my BO exception happen i have direct deposit and yet the one after that went through just fine. Contacting them don't help no one ever responds and not sure what to do

The BO Exception is when the money does not go in to the bank when you have direct deposit.

OR you could just google it.  Google "what is a BO Exception" or "what is a BO exception with my bank" and it will tell you.

I used to think BO exception meant "you stank" but nobody cared.   :glasses-nerdy:   :o

Do you mean that we can not do Direct Deposit anymore? I hope that we can still do Direct Deposit because that is what I do.

I never did get my Dec. cash out (BO Exception).  It is not back in my FC account  nor is it in my bank account.   I don't know where it is?  Nobody ever answered my support tickets.

I get paid through PayPal and have not had a problem but some persons who use direct deposit have been having problems getting paid. I do not know if it is everyone. In some cases, some of the members having problems do get their money but not everyone.

I do not know what is currently happening with members who use direct deposit.
