Yes.  I used to prefer to work late because by the time I got off traffic was nothing.  Pre covid every now and then I liked to get off early but it was rush hour and it took me twice as long to get home.  They changed the schedules the last year so there were no late shifts and when I got off at 4pm traffic was easy up until a few months ago because people were still working from home.  But not anymore now traffic is horrible again.  I'm used to the early shifts now and don't want to go back to the late nights and next month they will be even later, despite the traffic I decided to stick with the earlier shifts. I'll just have to hang around work until the traffic dies down.  I wish people were still working from home.

I volunteer at a soup kitchen and I've noticed more traffic as I commute.  Airports, hotels and restaurants are getting busier also and some people are glad but others not so much.

I think things are starting to go back to normal.  Where I live, things are open to full capacity and masks (if you have the shot) are not required.  Of course there is no way to know if people have the shots or not.  Kids have returned in the last month back to school.  People are also returning to work, few are still working at home.

We just spent 10 days in New York City (Manhattan).  Because of covid we have put this trip off for almost 2 years.  Girls trip...we had a great time.  In New York you have to show your vaccination card, id and or a covid test less than 48 or 72 [I'm not sure] hours old to get in anywhere.  So we felt pretty comfortable.  We went to a concert (Dan + Shay), visited all the tourist attractions and had a great time.  They were also enforcing masks at airports, trains, buses too.   I feel like more states should enforce this as they were able to open everything back up and get back to work, school and play.

Yes, I am noticing more traffic as I think more people are resuming back to work in person at the office as well. I am also going back to the office 3x a week.

Same thing for me, I switched to freelance work. It saddens me to remember how much time I was wasting on the road and standing in traffic. And about traveling, yes, my wife and I really want to go somewhere too. But we were afraid of a new virus outbreak and decided to wait until spring with a trip. In the meantime, we are enjoying our local time at historic jazz clubs in NYC (https://www.westgateresorts.com/blog/10-historical-jazz-clubs-nyc/), where we meet friends, dance, and have fun. I think you can find many more exciting places in NYC and have as good a time as going somewhere overseas.

There is still the covid-19 out and about and so many people will not get vaccinated.  You can't who has gotten vaccinated.  So  many refuse get vaccinated for the safety of others.

We never changed our traveling except back in March thru May or 2019. Otherwise we haven't really stopped going to work and church and vacations. Live your lives.

I agree.  My family just took our first trip in years.  We practiced caution the whole time  with masks and sanitizers and distancing when possible.

I think things are starting to go back to normal.  Where I live, things are open to full capacity and masks (if you have the shot) are not required.  Of course there is no way to know if people have the shots or not.  Kids have returned in the last month back to school.  People are also returning to work, few are still working at home.

Working from home has always been my dream, even before the pandemic, so I understand.

I also really enjoyed working from home during covid and switched to freelance work.

It would be nice if things were getting back to normal, but I don't think we are quite there yet.  My state stills encourages wearing masks even if you have had the covid shots.

I think it's possible people have a job to go back to, so it's going to be crowded.  These are people who are luckier enough to still have a job.

Hi. If you love travel like me, then you often fly. I often use the website to book cheap flights https://www.myflightsearch.com/quick-links/last-minute-flights.aspx, it sells tickets for domestic and international flights. Recently I flew to Vegas, I dreamed about it for 7 years and now I have fulfilled my dream. And this is very cool, now where else to fly on vacation.

I'm getting around more than I did last year. This year I went on a vacation to Florida for a week. It was so fun. I hope to do it again around the same time next year. Life is to short to be cooped up in the house day after day. I use to work with a guy who was paralyzed from the neck down. He would still take his power chair around the block. He proved to me that you never have to be stuck indoors and you can do anything you put your mind to.

Traffic is much worse when we go to town then when we use to go.  Parking lots at business are full of cars.

Maybe you're right, but God, how I miss traveling, I want this pandemic to finally end, and I could fly to Paris city of my dreams. Perhaps I will be able to do it this year because I see that the situation in the world with coronavirus is getting better and better. Finally, we were able to defeat this disease. Moreover, I recently found on this site https://www.freetour.com/paris (https://www.freetour.com/paris) , free tours of this wonderful city. Now I want to visit this city, knowing that there are free tours there, which I have to be on! Sorry for being so emotional. I just want to travel :)

I don't have any plans to travel at this time even if it is suppose to be safe to do so.  The price of gas is so high that I can't afford to travel.

Would do short travels with the price of gas at over 6 dollars a gallon maybe not.

Yeah, man. Now fuel prices have skyrocketed, and travel has become even more difficult. But there are ways to avoid the high fees and still see the world.

Since the gas prices have risen so high, I think it's the moment we start traveling by train. Personally, I really love traveling by train. I believe this is the safest and the most comfortable way of transportation. You get a super nice vibe when you go somewhere by train, especially when traveling with your friends or family. So guys, in case any of you got interested in traveling by train. I can share the link to the platform from where I am buying tickets. Here it is https://www.dbreiseauskunft.com/de/.

I can't afford to travel because of the price of gas.  Also I keep my grandson for my daughter to work so I don't have time to travel.

I do not feel safe around strangers at this time.  Travel is a risk, getting stuck in quarantine, or even overcrowded hospitals in a strange town would not be ideal!

All the people that say they miss traveling, just go! What are you waiting for? Unless it is the gas prices, then I get it. But just stop voting democrat and get Trump back. That will help that problem.

We have been talking about doing the train for the trip that is west coast to east coast pretty much where the Canadian and American countries come together.  We have heard about it for years.

We have reservations for a night in Seattle and then on to Birch Bay, Washington (a few minutes from Canada) so we may take an afternoon to buzz up to Vancouver to visit Granville Island (one of our favorite spots). If gas goes too high for too long  Biden will get his wish to push everyone into electric cars.
