Title: 500 error on Survey page .. Again!

I can't get the surveys to load!  Haven't had this problem in months!

I just got the error message with no explanation.

It might be a maintenance issue. 

This has not happened in a while and things do go wrong. Hopefully, it will be up and running by tomorrow.

Getting the error code too since yesterday.   An old post of "oldbuddy's" had a link or some kind of way to bypass this but I haven't tried it this time.

I have been using the Dev Tool, but that too is blocked today.  What other tricks do you know?

I got the same message.
Hopefully it will be back up soon and they are loading more surveys and videos! :pumpkin: :pumpkin: :peace: :wave:

FC Survey page is back up for me.  I just made 15 in DQ'd pennies.

My friend has been getting this error since the 2nd but I haven't. Guessing it has somethign to do with peoples internet companys rather than the site this time around or id have that issue to

Been checking this survey page on and off and it finally loaded.  Got to do surveys and got PTC for today and one for tomorrow.  If you get it to load, keep going so you don't run the risk of it crashing before you get the PTC requirement.


Update:  Haven't had a problem since this post, fingers crossed .

I have also been getting the same message for the past two days.  I do hope that they fix it soon because it is already hard enough to make money and with the survey page down it is impossible.

I get the 500 error too for about 4 days. Does anyone have a fix for this yet? I didn't see any replies from fusioncash yet?  FC Surveys is the one NOT working.

If you are using Chrome, go to the survey page and hit Ctrl+Shift+I. The developer tools will open and you'll have a bunch of HTML/Javascript code. Just ignore that.

Then hit Ctrl+Shift+M and it will change to Mobile view. When you hover over the survey page you should see a grey circle instead of an arrow.

Right-click and select Reload. Surveys should become available again.

Don't close the developer tools or you'll have to start over again when the survey page refreshes.

This issue annoyed me most of this month. Not till a week ago could I even reach the survey page. This month is a wash on an actual cash out even though I came close within two dollars. I see a solution hopefully it works next time it happens to me and I'm sure it will because it happen early last month too but only lasted one day
