OMG you are early.

A couple of days back I posted a message asking - why people celebrate Halloween. I got this message "What I think about Christmas" - I am a Christian and YESSSSSS I do put up a Christmas tree. A Christmas tree is just a decoration for the house to look PRETTY for the celebration of baby Jesus birth.

Halloween -  A scary pumpkin or costume is Satanic. I do not worship Satan - I worship jesus.

I go crazy decorating my house with millions of lights inside and out.

My 9 yr old son loves this celebration as well and the more lights I get going the more exciting he gets.

 :notworthy: I worship Jesus  :notworthy:

No tree yet - till after thanksgiving.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU !

Blessings

My daughter would LOVE it if we could put it up now... but, I will try to put it off until at least after her birthday, which is in two weeks.

Love to put my tree up, but waaaaaay too early. I wait until a couple of weeks before Christmas. Grandkids couldn't stand it if it went up too early. They get so excited!

YES, we, (the kids and I) have always put the tree up the day after Halloween!!! Its a tradition of ours. My kids love it and I love looking at the tree for two months. Christmas is the best for our house. We love it!!!

I see you are really looking forward to Christmas, which is great.  But it is a little early for me to put up a tree and all the other decorations.

I usually get a real tree, so it's way too early for that.

i always put up the tree and other christmas decorations the weekend after thanksgiving. i know my husband and son would love it if i put up the christmas decorations this early but i just took down the halloween decorations and i also decorate for thanksgiving so the tree's just going to have to wait. within the next few days i'll start putting up the thanksgiving decorations (pumpkins and gourds, a dozen construction paper turkeys, etc.) which will come down the day after thanksgiving and will make room for the christmas stuff.

We have not put up our tree.  There's still some leaves on the trees and it still feels like fall.  It just seems too early, but to each his/her own.

We usually decorate the weekend after Thanksgiving, and despite all the work, it's a lot of fun.  If we are using our artificial tree, it goes up that weekend.  If we go with a real tree, we wait a few more weeks to prevent massive needles just falling all over the place.  Not sure what we'll do for a tree this year.  Probably go real, since Thanksgiving is pretty late.

We usually wait until after Thanksgiving. It just seems the right time to do it. To each is own, but Halloween is way too early for me. :D

We have alternated between putting up a real tree and the artificial one.

When the kids were young we enjoyed going to the tree farm to cut down our own tree.
