Title: Give Us Your 2cents not crediting

Ok, since Saturday, Oct. 31, I have not received credit for completing the Give Us your 2cents surveys.  Each time, I cleared my cookies and let the survey window open way past 10 minutes.  The survey I took on Saturday took almost 1/2 hour to do and no credit.  This is frustrating.  What am I doing wrong?

Try using Ccleaner or deleting your browsing history before you go in and take a survey. I completed a survey today and got credit within 5 minutes. Doing it this way you have to put in your initial information every time, but that is a small price to pay for getting credit 100% of the time. Hope this helps and good luck on getting credit.
