Title: What was your experience after taking management coaching?

Personally, I took one session to test my skills, I didn't need to improve my speech in general, but it was interesting to get feedback from a professional. He gave me some basic recommendations, some of which I applied when I was interviewing for a job, which I did well by the way. What was your experience after taking management coaching?

Well, I tried management coaching by chance, a lecturer came to our workplace and gave us a small seminar. My colleague was interested in this direction because she had a little problem with speech production. She contacted Darren Chastney, who does management coaching (https://darrenchastney.com/services/management-coaching/), editing and translation. As a result, after 8 sessions, she improved her speaking and presentation level, her responses to management became more confident, which was noticeable to everyone, and she eventually received a well-deserved promotion.
