Grabbed a Groupon deal for a massage as a birthday gift. Got the confirmation email, even set the appointment through the spa directly. Then I went back into my account a few days later to double-check the time — the voucher was just gone. No “expired,” no “redeemed,” just missing. Their website kept sending me in circles when I tried to submit a help request. No human, just forms and delays. Curious if anyone managed to recover a vanished voucher. Did support step in, or did you have to dispute the charge with your bank?

Picked up a deal for a mani-pedi through Groupon for my partner. Everything looked fine until she tried to redeem it — no voucher in her account. I dug into https://groupon.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html and saw reports of vanishing deals. I saved screenshots of the original order and submitted a detailed claim. No reply at first, but after posting on social tagging their support, someone followed up. They reissued the voucher two days later. It worked the second time, but we stay cautious now and screenshot every step.
