Title: Refer a friend sign up bonus

Even if you refer a friend are they not also suppose to get the sign up bonus? Mine has not gotten it yet.

Yes, they also get the sign-up bonus when they sign up, but only if they confirm their e-mail address.  My guess is your referral hasn't done this yet.

She has because I got credit for her doing so I have also got credit for her first survey.

If she confirmed her e-mail address, yet didn't receive the $5.00 sign-up bonus, she should send in a support ticket then to see what is going on.
