For some reason on my home laptop videos Refuse to credit in Firefox, regardless of cleared cookies or not.
I can watch something 10 times and it wont credit at home, whereas at work where I use Firefox it has no problems crediting before the movie even finishes.
BUT if I just switch over to internet explorer(which I never use, and subsequently just has out-of-the-box settings) I have the same result as using firefox at my work. Instantaneous crediting.
Any ideas for possible fixes? I have all cookies enabled on firefox and even use the FC toolbar.

I use Firefox and have no problems getting credit. Do you have the latest version of Firefox on your laptop?

I use firefox and typically have no problems either with the videos.

Yup, my personal computer is always up to date. However the one at work is actually not updated. :dontknow:
Blows my mind.

I have used Internet Explorer and the videos don't seem to have any problem loading. I just recently switched my browser to another browser for better loading and viewing of offers.

I don't have any answers for you on this one.

Can you check the settings of the work computer, and then set your home Firefox to the same settings? I have the latest Firefox on my computer, and usually don't have any problems. Once in a while I have trouble, and then I switch to IE, but for the most part Firefox works well.

I personally use the opera browser, and its fairly hit or miss lol

My situation is opposite! I got credited immediately in Firefox but never in my IE! The latest version of firefox is essential to watch the vedio and get credited! I love Desperate Houswives so I am thrilled to watch it and get paid!

ya firefox can be a pain sometimes

I have better luck on firefox, most of the time they will not load on explore, so I switch when I watch thier videos

I did have to use firefox for a while and I had the same prob. Once I updated it, it seemed to work better but from time to time it would still do it. there is a certain patch that is out there to fix the whole problem but I never bothered to get it b/c I got my main computer back from shop so I'm a happy person now. But I use internet explorer most of the time more happy with it.

I use FF with no problems at all.

I love firefox and have had not problems...don't know what to tell ya :dontknow: I sometimes use IE and had no probs there either. hmmmm

I get no button to push to watch the videos, so, I never get credit ... :BangHead:
-
using firefox gives the problem I get.
-
Sometimes I get credit and sometimes I don't. It just depends on the video and the day. I've heard people say they get/don't get credit from firefox/ie.
-
from my experience i have a more positive outcome using firefox.

I stopped using internet explorer when i began to do offers. For some reason it wouldn't allow me to open up small links to terms and conditions on offers which is a HUGE problem when doing offers for obvious reasons. So far I'm happy to say that the important offers I've done were credited and I hope that doesn't change. ;D

i am using safari i have no problem..got credit for videos but some of my surveys didnot credit

:BangHead:
That wond do you no good, but im using Firefox 4 beta and it always credits

I use Firefox. Recently i have had 2 wait a few moments after the video finishes; until i get a message that says that i 'have completed the video task.'

I have used both IE and Firefox. There have been times when IE wouldn't work and FireFox worked perfectly then a few days later IE started working again. Right now IE is working fine but somes videos keep coming back after I've watched them. :dontknow:
-
I think it is better to use firefox
-
For Firefox try searching for add-ons for media players and the
Windows Media Player Firefox plugin. I don't have any problem
with videos in Firefox.
-
The videos seem to work a lot beter using firefox 3.6

I'm using Firefox and works for me. I think maybe somehow the software your using affect the videos links and won't support it. :-

I use firefox and have no problems, have you tried Chrome?
-
I use firefox and haven't had trouble. The other day I had trouble getting a video to credit it took most of the day but my credit just showed up out of the blue later that day maybe its a matter of just waiting.
Did the oreo video this morning got my .02 credit.

I used to use FireFox but for some reason, it will not work on my laptop anymore. I use Google Chrome and I have no problems at all!

 I use Internet Explorer and I haven't had any problems with it. I guess it is whatever you may prefer using. I have read in the forum of some people not getting credit for some of the stuff that they do, and it has happened to me as well. I am not for sure if IE was te reason for it though. I just keep trying. :peace:

Sometime I don't get the credit and then I get an email from FusionCash support letting me know that I receive the credit. They are so good about this. I don't even have to do a support ticket because they automatically send me the email and letting me know that I was credited. They are awesome.
