When it comes to healthy eating, which kind of person are you?
- Do you only eat healthy foods, or you try too?
- Do you eat whatever you want in moderation or not?
- Or something else?

Let me describe what I've been eating in the last 4 hours: a whole stick of pepperoni, several varieties of cheeses, mainly pepperjack (a whole block), and then some Altieri's pizza. Loving life in Stow, Oh!

I really eat whatever i want!!

Read the ingredients and nutrition facts on the labels and ask yourself: Is this a really good product (food) for me?

I really try to eat healthy but I have to admit, I LOVE junk food. As long as I do not keep the junk in the house, I am better off.

Our household tries to eat as much healthy food as we can buy and/or afford. This means a lot of organic and natural products. We very rarely purchase items from the center aisles of the stores, as most of the stuff there is highly processed.
I think one of the most important things to do when shopping for food is to learn your ingredients, and what you should stay away from. Then, when shopping, read labels and determine if you think it's something you should buy, find an alternative to, or just do without period. Just because something is sold in a supermarket, doesn't mean it doesn't contain harmful ingredients. You can go buy cigarettes legally, but it's pretty much universally agreed on that they are very detrimental to your health.

If I have all the junk food in the house I will eat that instead of eating a good meal which I would have to cook, my brother was staying with me for 2 months so he cooked all the meals that was great as he is not a junk food junkie, since he has moved on I do not buy junk any more I cook on the weekends and then eat whatever is left over during the week adding lots of salad and fruit well that has seemed to work for me I have lost 14 lbs. so I guess there is something to be said for eating Healthy yea

Being that It is Christmas time, I have an appetite for sweets witch are not healthy. But there is always a lot of leftover turkey in the fridge....

O only eat healthy food and I workout 5 to 6 days a weeks sometimes twice a day.

i eat good most of the time. i did make some brownies from the philly recipe videos fusion cash offer...it was so good. but i do drink pink grapefruit juice after eating that and everything else to metabolize it all burning calories and converting what i eat into energy. also, good for cardiovascular, maintaining healthy cholesterol & blood pressure levels...while destroying free radicals with it's antioxidant vitamin contents. man, that was a mouthful.

My motto is, "don't deprive yourself of anything, but don't overindulge". As in, if I'm really craving a chocolate chip cookie, I'll eat one. But no more than one. I eat pretty healthily most of the time, though. Lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, baked chicken, etc. Eating healthy not only makes me feel better about how I look, but it honestly makes me feel like I have more energy. Years ago, when I was in middle school and high school, my diet used to be pretty much nothing but junk food and I was tired all the time. Now that I've maintained a healthier lifestyle, I physically feel better and I'm happier.

I typically eat whatever I want, but in moderation. However most of what I want to eat is healthy. I cook most all my meals vs ordering take out, but on occasion I do order out (sub, pizza, Chinese, ...) when I'm in the mood. I don't eat a lot of sweets, mostly only at holidays. I tend to notice when I eat too much fast food or pre-packaged/frozen meals, I don't feel as good as I do when I cook the meals with fresh ingredients. I used to eat more processed foods in the past, but slowly changed my habits to using fresh foods and cooking for myself - and over time, I find I crave that more, and it's not as much work to make the meals anymore - just a new habit.

I'd say that I eat healthy about 85% of the time. The rest of the time I eat what I want, but mostly in moderation. About 5% of the time I go completely crazy and eat whatever I want.
But I'm at the gym 5 days a week for at least an hour each time so it all balances out.

I try to eat healthy most of the time but it's hard when you have teen's.
-
I do a combination of both...I use healthy ingredients in every meal and the ones that are not so healthy I use in moderation...It works out great!! Good Luck!
-
I usually stick with healthier foods. Besides looking at the nutrition label and avoiding unhealthy ingredients, most important of all is to know when and when not to eat along with the quantity of food consumed.

It took a while, but I eat really healthy. Lean meats (grilled chicken, turkey, 93/7 beef), protein shakes, lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grain bread (I don't eat white bread). I'm not a vegetarian, but I like veggie burgers. I feel so much better not eating junk food much at all. Some of it comes with judgment and a little bit of knowledge. Stay away from partially hydrogenated oils, high saturated fats, simple carbs, high fructose corn syrup, and the list goes on.
