Do you think it's the parent fault when their kids are bullies? I think kids learn from what they see others close to them do. What do you think?

I agree with you on this issue. Parents are god-like to children and that is where the values and ethics instilled from. Kids watch a lot of television and play video games that also show violence. Sometimes parents use that for babysitting purposes in this age, so bullying could come from those sources too.

I really don't learn to act that way from their parents, I think the parents are either ignorant to the actions or how to deal with it.

I think it can go many ways. Kids can be abused at home, and become victims or bullies at school.

I agree: They are the product of their environment. It is not the parent's fault. The schools facilitate this type of behavior through competition...even when bullying is against the law.

I think parents should take the time to teach and explain to their kids why they should be respectful to others. Yes, children learn based on what they see in their environment, but if the parents teach their kids well, they would not be affected by what they see on TV.
