It's obviously fake. The guy who predicted that the world would end in 2001 or 2003 said that and it didn't. He's an idiot. Someday the world WILL end becuz the sun will blow up. For some of u people yes the sun will blow up becuz it's a star... When stars die out they blow up and they same thing will happen to the sun :) or unless wars

I heard it in 1984....................I heard it in 1999..............I heard it for Y2K (2000)..............I heard it for 2001..........now its 2012.........don't sweat the date and worry yourself, when it's time it's time. For some reason alot of people think that because the Aztec calendar ends in 2012, the world will end in 2012. My thought is that the calendar had to end at some point, and which particular point is just arbitrary. So, no I don't think the world will end in 2012.

I highly doubt it to be true, as the world will end one day, due to the Sun.

Its fake look at what he already did and how many people gave away all they had and now have nothing. Nothing at all left but the shirts on there backs. Its his way of getting money etc. They like to keep people scared don't fall for it. Nobody can predict it. He will come like a thief in the night. :thumbsup:

@Girlswin...i couldnt agree more...This is a plan of the enemy to get everyone wrapped up in a specific day and so that we will be unaware when the world really ends....We should be knowledgeable of the scriptures for OUR OWN SELVES, instead of being decieved by others....Scriptures gives us events adn occurences which will point to the end but we are not to set a date."Study to show thyselves approved"

I don't think we are meant to know when the end will come. I think a lot of the 2012 hype is just religious scare tactics.

2012 is 100% the real deal and I can hardly wait to see what humanity (including myself) deserve altogether. There’s only 480 days left as of October 1st.... counting down to day zero.... ;D

I think if 2012 is going to happen spend time with family and love ones. but i know i am not going to worry about it until it happens. I am going to enjoy life even if it is short, and spend that time look for my soul mate.

The year exists, its a product of chronological record keeping.
We can't just go from 2011 to 2013--and you know people are going to whine about 2013 is an unlucky number, all the lions in africa are going to die and throw the stock market into chaos yadda yadda yadda.

I recently watched a show on the History Channel regarding this and the mayan Calendar. It's pretty scary stuff. The show also went into the old profits who match the mayan predictions. I guess only time will tell.

The world will end when God says it ends. If I read my Bible correctly, this world has to last another thousand years after the church has been raptured, the antichrist, the mark, etc. We have a thousand years of peace for those who are saved to look forward to, and it's going to be on this earth. The new Heaven and Earth do not happen until later.
However, is the world wrapping up for the event of the second coming of Christ? Absolutely!!! When? Soon!!!

i dont believe in any of it. a bunch of phooey bologna :P if and when the world ends it will be because we didnt take care of it and kill off life. even then, the world will surely continue, most likely going in a cycle as most things in nature do.

It is scary. I just try not to really think about it (coming form some family members who do believe in it). I guess we shall find out when that day comes. Im hoping it wont and we get to see 2013 :)

I think it's pretty much a waste of time worrying about it. I recall Y2k didn't happen where everything will break down & panic will happen.I recall some people quit their jobs, board up their homes headed towards the wilderness to rough it out. They probably felt stupid when nothing happened & now they're jobless & homeless! Recently, it was suppose to be the end again & when nothing happened the die hard church or end time believers were so shocked that nothing happened that I couldn't stop laughing. 2012, It's kind scary for me b/c in researching this the Mayan calender ends on 2012.The same date ends in the Chinese ancient calender & other references. If it's true & it's the end of times. I hope it's big enough to wipe out everything. I want it to be so quick, I won't have time to worry if being blown apart hurts. One thing I don't want to be, is left here in the aftermath in the ruins. :(

I'm not very religious and have not worried about the dates of 2011 or 2012. If there is an end of world disaster I just hope at least it's quick.

I don't think anyone can predict when it is over. I just take one day at a time, and thank GOD that he let me have this day. I have enough other things to worry about without wondering if the world will end. If it does, it does. Just be thankful you had this time.

Don't let that scare you. No man knows when the Lord will come back and when the tribulation period begins. Just be prepared, time is getting shorter.

It's merely the end of the current long-count cycle in the Mayan calendar, (a recurring time period of precisely 1,872,000 days, approximately equal to 5125.36 years). Another long-count begins December 22nd, 2012.

Fake! Not even the Son (Jesus) knows when the world is coming to a end, or the angels. Only God knows when that time comes! Just because the Mayan calendar is coming to the end don't mean that's the end of the world. The guy died and no one wanted to continue his work. And I don't blame them either. Who wants to spend their life putting out a calender for 5125 or so years? lol. It's going to happen in such a quick second their shouldn't be anything to fear about the world ending. Just worry about your own soul and if you obeyed God according to His will and what the Bible says their shouldn't be anything to fear.

FAKE!!!!!!!!!!! Since I been born they have been predicting the end of the world about every other year since 1977. In 2011 they said the world would end in the spring time and then again in October. I think people should start thinking a little bit more about life than DEATH. :notworthy:

No one really knows when out time will come, or if it ever does come, only one person knows and that is God. I believe and have faith in him that everything will be okay once we reach that point, without hope theyre is nothing to look forward to

I've seen some documentaries on the Mayan calendar ending in 2012,also seen some doc. where the ancient time devices in china also stops in 2012. Also there some reference in which during king Arther's time about the world ending in 2012.But it could also be nothing more then when calendar was made maybe something happened that they couldn't continue the calender further. When the white man invaded this land their way of life was totally disrupted. Whole native tribes were ether taken over, or slaughtered to extinction. The natives were force to abandon their way of life. Many customs, religions,lively hood, was basically erased! So, I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped @2012 working on the calender. Mmmm, I wonder if there's any reference about this with Nostrodomous' journals. In which he predicted from the beginning up to Princess Diana's death. He only miss spelled Hitler's name by one letter; Hisler.
If this is for real, I hope it happens quickly like the earth crashing into the sun. I'm sure we won't feel a thing & it'll be over in nano seconds! Every1 is worried about 2012 the earth dying or being destroyed. What most ppl don't understand is that the earth has been dying since the beginning. Our oceans & sea life are dying out, air pollution,Ozone is getting thinner& thinner. Species are being wiped out due to temp. changes. There may come a time when these changes could cause the earth to suddenly have a dramatic change in it's axes & we find ourselves

Let's face it ... if they turn out to be right .... we won't be here to know it anyway.

If one thinks about it - it's a Mayan calendar. What happens when we get to the end of our 12-month calendar? Does the world end? No. We just buy new cute pictured calendars and start a new year. Same with the Mayan one - it's just their calendar takes longer to get to the end than the one we use.
There are other cultures that have multi-year cycles - the one that comes to mind is the Jewish 7-year cycle, where the 7th year was the year of Jubilee in the old testament. That year debts were forgiven, land went back to their original owners, etc... Then another 7-year cycle began. I see this Mayan calendar similar to that 7-year cycle. The world won't "end" - it just signifies a new beginning of another Mayan calendar year.

I definitely don't think it's true at all. No one knows when anything is going to happen unless it's related to mankind and we created it. As a result, we don't know when the worlds gonna end and we don't know when doomsday is!!

I don't believe it at all. The world has been predicted as ending so many times already. And yet the date comes and goes and the world is still here, so I wouldn't waste your time worrying. Besides, when the world does end it will probably be so fast that you won't need to worry about it. If one of the stars near the earth expires we will be dead instantly, so you can find a small comfort in that.

2012 will be just another year. We will not know when this universe will end. Before this world end the message will be spread even at the last corner of the world.
