i cannot sleep!please somebody talk to me!i am trouble sleeper!!!!
any idea how to kill the night????? :crybaby2: :-X :-[ >:(

When I can't sleep I take a hot shower or bath and get relaxed. The most important thing is to clear my mind cause if I lay there and think, then I never fall asleep. You could also try a warm cup of tea. Some people say warm milk, but I think that sounds gross. ha

I used to have a hard time going to sleep (and staying asleep), so I tried getting on schedule. I would go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time everyday. It took about a week, but it really did help. Also, I would take a warm bath, turn the lights down low, and read about 30 min before I went to bed. No computer, no tv, no games, etc. Something about the artificial light from electronic sources interferes with sleep. Good luck.

Nothing works for me, so I just accepted that and kill the time by cleaning house...being on FC or working on various craft projects.

Be active. Go out and do something fun all day long and when you get home, take a shower. you will be tired.

I have always had trouble sleeping! That is, until I stopped trying so hard! I would just get up and get on the computer or read a book and forget about it. Believe me; it catches up to you eventually!

I go to sleep fine, but can't stay asleep past 4 hours. I've tried Melantonin, Benadryl, booze, and have a CPAP (mask for apnea)
it doesn't matter.

I usually have to watch a tv show or have something on in the background now to fall asleep and even then it could take an hour for me to fall asleep :(

Detox sprays work. I just bought one with natural ingredients begins wit a "J"
Lavender Aromatherapy works too.
Apple cider vinegar [tiny bit] in a 1/4 glass of water 2 hours before bed works too.

At times I can't sleep and nothing works for me since I don't wanna take pills to help me to sleep.
So I will wake up and do things around or just watch tv to make me more tired then I can get a better sleep next time when I can sleep!!!

Try watching a foreign movie without subtitles. Read War and Peace.
