Title: OMG! seriously when are you gonna fix these issues?
Post by: apples45 on October 06, 2011, 01:57:16 pm
It's been almost a week now, and still daily emails, and paid to click offers don't work! every time I log in and click the email a blank white security code box appears the same thing happends with 15 cent offers, also the videos do not credited and surveys are not crediting either, it's really getting annoying now because at this rate I'll never make payout in time. :BangHead:

Please fix this I sent a support ticket and did not get an answer back hello! with all do respect to FC you could at least tell us whats wrong?
:dontknow:

Have you tried a different browser to try to solve your issue on your own?

I have not had any problems getting the daily click or the paid email to work.  I use Internet Explorer browser to access the paid email and carry on to do the rest of the dailys including the videos.

Odds are that the problem lies within your PC rather than FusionCash.  You just need to figure out whats causing the problem.

1.  Have you cleared your cookies and temp files?  You can do that by clicking on Start; then Control Panel; then Network and Internet;  Internet Options; then click Delete in the delete history section.
Or you can run CClearner  (free download; works great)

2.  Check the Windows Task Manager to see whether you are using too much memory/cpu time to run your programs. (click on Processing tab to see this; click on Processes to see what systems programs are using memory or cpu the most.)  You get the Windows Task Manager by clicking Alt/control/delete)

I use Firefox as my main PTC browser and I have found that clicking all those ads every day fills up the Firefox cache quickly and that tends to cause problems  especially on my desktop where I only have 1MB of working memory.

If none of this helps, come back here and let me know what you have tried and what happens exactly when you try to do the paid email or daily click.

Provide the following info:  operating system; security system; browser; email provider; amt of working memory;toolbars in use. Are you using broadband or dial up to access the internet?

Is your pop-up blocker on or off?

Why would I need to use a different browser? I've been using my current browser for a long while now, besides I used my other desktop just the other day, and I still had the same problem :dontknow:

Maybe your browser had an update that isn't cooperating. It has to be something on your end because no one else is having this problem. You just have to go back to before your computer started acting up and see what has changed since then. I know my printer had an update that didn't agree with my computer. I couldn't scan anything to my computer after it updated. When I reverted it back to it's previous setting, it worked just fine.

definitely try another browser.  i used IE for a long time, then things started getting screwy for me, so i started switching back and forth between it and firefox.  wouldnt think it would make a difference but some surveys prefer one over the other it seems!

It's not just on my end because I have seen several other members post related to the same issue I know it's not just me.

No it just not you, I have had the same problem for over a week now, I have tried Firefox. Chrome and IE still same thing for paid emails. I get a big white box with nothing in it to verify. For the .15 I get wring in the box nothing to click on but I keep hitting enter and it finally goes, the next thing I know the window comes up in a new tab. I check refresh the orignial page and I get you have already been credited today message. I had a support ticket for cash out problems and in that email I said the paid emails do not work, but they did not address that issue. It is just not you and for what is is worth trying different browsers did not work.

There is no need to get so angry, just calm down, and let others help you. Screaming at everyone will not help you solve your issues. I am not having any problems, you may need to get a plugin update or something. Just calm down.

if it's not the browser it could be something as simple as a firewall blocking you.  If you have more than one security system running on your computer or a security system with a firewall that can block things, too.  If it were Fusion Cash than every member would have the same difficulties.

It's not just you, I've been having these problems for longer than a week. Try two weeks. I sent a support ticket in awhile back, but no response. I pretty much gave up on trying until I hear something back from them. It was too frustrating to keep trying every day and it still wouldn't work (though, I tried today just to confirm that yes, it's still messed up!). I've also tried several browsers. No luck.
