So far there's no occupy protesting where I live. But larger cities near by are being occupy by protesters.
-
Thankfully there has no protests in my city.
-
Yes! Life is hard in this type of economy...Occupy WALL STREET now!
-
One of the small cities in my area has had a demonstration. they need to get the word out, politics these days is :bs: we need some equality! Then there will be :peace:
-
WE have Protesters in Tampa. They so far seem to be peaceful enough, and as long as the protests are peaceful, they should be allowed as long as they need.

We need protesters in my city. I would go but my hubby has already put the kabosh on it. Occupy Wall Street! There is a great video on You Tube about America's banking system and how it came to be... I think that everyone should watch it. Its a shame that our founding fathers dreams for this country have been lost due to greed.

Yes and I have seen them in two other cities I visited recently.
-
They held a protest here and 15 people showed up. I understand the frustration and outrage, but what I don't get is how they think camping in a park is going to change anything. People make changes by organizing and taking action like running for office. I don't think camping out and waiting for things to change accomplishes anything.

Yes, and they are being allowed to camp out downtown for free. The Tea Party had to pay for its own security, sanitation, permits, etc. for demonstrations that lasted a few hours at a time. It's disgusting.

No protestors, but it seemsvery interesting and intense where the protestors are. It's crazy because alsothe weather is gettingcold!!
-
No protestors. Our city is smaller, but larger neighboring towns have had some.
-
We have few protesters but I don't think they are staying overnight - just gathering and waving at passing cars. They aren't getting much news coverage but then, we are in the midst of the baby Lisa disappearance.
-
They are in Philly, but I haven't been down there yet. I believe in their purpose.

I live in the country so Im happy I dont have to deal with the city crap :BangHead:
