Title: does anyone like races

i am going to st petersburg tommorrow to watch the grand prix race and it should be great but also to say we miss you dan weldon god bless and his family is in our prayers

I don't follow Nascar or any kind of racing for that matter.  But there are a couple of tracks in Illinois that I enjoy visiting every once in a while.  There is one in Rockford.  They have fun events for families.  And, there is a dirt track (I'm not sure where that one is)  I've been there before with my Mom and her boyfriend.  It was fun...different but if I went again I would like to go with my husband and kids.  I think the kids would get a kick out of it.

Mostly NASCAR but I do watch other types sometimes.  You should have a great time.  I saw that qualifying for that was going to be on SPEED at  4 am.  Sometimes I do wake up at that time, so I might catch it.  Have fun!

i like drag racing which is dangerous also. over the years a lot of drivers have lost their lives.

I go to the races all the time, mostly local track here in the northeast but I have been to some sprint cup and indy car races. Although I have never been to a road course. have fun!!

I like short track racing, both dirt and asphalt.  I used to race a mini-stock (4 cylinder stock car).

I did track in high school and love running. But I do not like nascar racing as much as track running.

My son and I follow Nascar quite closely but as for any other racing we really don't.
