I am aware once you cash out for the first time, your cash out will be listed as "Pending" and I would love to know how long it usually takes to get approved.

If you cashout say today- you payment will go to "approved" around the 20th of the next month. No matter what time in the month you cashout, it will take until the 20th of the next month. If you choose paypal or direct deposit, etc., it usually goes straight through (or within the next day or two after approved), but if you choose paper check via mail I have heard it can take a week or so longer because of the mail system (USPS).

It will stay pending until the 20th of the following month. I was really worried the first month that I cashed out because it took so long to say approved.

no and that's the way the cookie crumbles

Every time that you cash out, your cash out is listed as pending until approved. This does not just happen with the first cash out. Your cash out will turn to approval very soon before you actually get paid.
We are paid on or before the 20th of the month that follows the month we cashed out. If you get paid by PayPal or Direct Deposit, you will get paid sooner than if you request a check. a check usually arrives around the 25th of the month. I use PayPal and I have gotten my money as early as the 17th of the month but always by the 20th.
