No one won a $325 million Powerball lottery prize on Saturday night, so the jackpot will jump to a record $425 million for the next drawing -- and possibly higher.
WHAT WOULD YOU BUY?
I would hire the band "Rush" for a private concert,,,,,,what about you?

:o oh my god.... That is a ton of money. I think I would first pay off my student loans and then buy a new car. I'm also going to steal your idea, and hire my favorite band to play for my birthday ;)

I'd pay off my loans, and donate a hefty amount to various churches and funds.

I would pay off my debt first. Then I would donate one third of the money to some of my favorite charities, and the less fortunate. After that I would probably purchase a nice home for me and my children, and make some investments.

I would build myself a custom home on land that I owned. I would buy myself a Mini Cooper (LOL, just because I like them), I would make sure that the rest of my family was comfortable and got whatever they needed and, lastly, I would give some away to a cause or causes of my choice - most likely a Humane Society and a cause that helps Veterans. The rest of the money? I don't have any idea and wouldn't be in a rush to figure it out.

I would set up a trust fund to take care of homeless children all over the world.

Many possibilities,pay off my student loans,most of my bills will be paid off, pay-off my mortgage, donate money to 2-3 charities to support women, men and children that are homeless, take a trip with my family,bless somebody else who is in need!

First thing I would do is set some aside for my son's college education.

After the obvious debt payoffs for us an immediate family and charities-I think I'd buy a private plane/pilot to take my family on vacations.

I am hoping to get at least a million for the next play. If I win the Jackpot though, I will pay off my creditors, then buy my family a house. Then finally go on a vacation to the caribbean :female:

I would make my mom's dream come true by building her a log cabin. Then, I would get myself a dodge truck and fix up my 1992 convertible mustang. I would also quit my current job and find a way to work from home. I would also give away some money to the churches in my area and the schools too. I would use the money to help make the world a better place for everyone :)

I would keep 1 million and give the rest away...first come first serve.

I would pay off my bills, buy a new car, and save the rest for my children and family. I would also donate the church.

Winning the lottery would change many lives for me. The first thing I would do is arrange things so my parents would want for nothing.

Dang, that's a lot of money. First I will pay all my debts, give some to charity, help my family and buy a house.

I honestly dont even know but i would quit my job at least for a month and spend a few weeks sleeping and watching tv and doing nothing ive been so busy and havent had a day off in forever !!!!

I would probably buy me a nice new house filled with nothing but Apple products, Bose and McIntosh stereo system. Sounds good to me.

I would donate a lot to the church, It would be so neat to travel around and stop and donate to the small churches that need money so badly, Fix up my dads house, mine (and then sell it) Put my nieces and nephews through college, Buy a place in the mountains. a boat, RV and a newer pickup. Refuse to buy a brand new one. You lose so much when you first drive a new truck off the lot.Pay off the farm. Ok have maybe spent the first million, now what. I am sure i can find ways to help the family and communities, There a re of people out there that need a boost up.

omgosh!!! the stuff you could do with that kind of money--i would pay off my debt and then set my kids up for life then help friends and family --then i would buy a new suv and build a dream house and help others buy making some dreams come true--i would also help out the rescue where we got our fur babies--then i would travel the world --it would be so kewl to be a millionaire!!!

pay off all bills including house. then go find a 30 acre plot of land and build 2 houses 1 for me 1 for my grandparents. college funds for kids. a vacation and help out family

I would pay off all my debts first. Then I would invest probably about 50% and put the rest into a savings account to enjoy.

Rush at a private show? that is a great idea :) I am sure I would pay off my bills, and my parents and close family. Then I'd retire and maybe buy a bar :)

I would definitely pay everything that I owed and then remember those who have helped me along the way. A new car is a must, because my Dodge Ram is on its last leg. A house on the lake sounds like a good place to retire and of course a boat would have to come with that private dock. You would need to invest right to live on it the rest of your life and provide for family. Of course, I would make trips, but first I would like to see the Grand Canyon and the West.

Oh definitely pay off our bills first and formost and that includes fixing everything that needs to be in our current house then rent it out to a family in need for lees then what we pay now. but i would also give money to my parents so they don't have a mortgage hanging over their heads. then i would set up a trust fund for my two girls and smaller trust funds for my five neices and nephews. of course there would be certain stipulations with those thrust funds( for my girls as well as my brothers kids). but i would also buy land and have our dream house built. of course there is charities that i would donate to. one of which personally affects my family:MDA but there is others too.

Pay off all my bills. Buy a second house in California so I could skip winter here in Colorado. I can't think of anything elaborate that I would get. But everything changes when you have a huge windfall like that, so I couldn't say for sure.
Of course I didn't even buy a ticket.

A very private home in the middle of nowhere with lots of toys. Pay off my siblings mortgages and buy them each a new vehicle. Load up all family member's IRA's to the maximum each year. Pay off a neighboring family's mortgage and include some extra $$ since the wife has become very ill. Help out the lady at work who as not made the best choices in life, maybe she can still turn it around.

Spend more time with family!! I have most of what I want (money can't buy it) but some property would be nice and be able to host family comfortably anytime they would like. A retreat for them anytime! In fact, property of their choice for my parents too. Pay off my bills and about anybody I know. Put good size chunks to use anonymously to help good people that seem to fall through the cracks. Figure out how to help some I love without hurting them. I am pretty sure I would still work just maybe not as much. Projects with plenty of time in between. Oh the possibilities . . .

I don't know its just mind boggling. I would remodel my house or buy a new house and a new car and then start helping people like crazy.
