:sad1: My 57 year old dad died last night. Those of you who are praying people would you please pray for my family especially my mom. They were married 33 years and it was very unexpected.

Im very sorry for your loss. Im 24 and lost my father 5 years ago this July. It was a very hard time for me. I was really close with him. It never gets easy but after time its easier to deal with. Im just getting to the point to where i can talk Bout it without bawling sometimes. I miss him so much. You guys are in my prayers

So sorry for your loss. I understand the pain, especially for your mom. Losing a spouse is incredibly hard to endure. Time will heal but it's very hard. Lost my husband 2 years ago on Valentine's Day. So hard living without him.

You have my sympathy on the death of your father. It was like that for me when my grandmother passed. She has been gone 23 years now, but I have my memories of her to keep her alive. Yet know that your father is in a better place and his going sudden meant he went quickly. He did not suffer. My sympathy is with your mom. Being married for 33 years means a lot to him and her. Did you get a chance to say goodbye before he passed? I know you're griefstriçkeñ and will be for a long time, but he is at peace. :angel12:

I lost my mom and dad at an early age, 30 years ago and i still think about them especially my mom, also lost a son 28 yeas ago and the other son 11 years ago, It is hard i know. They are at peace now and i know someday i will be with them. It is hard to lose your parents but a child oh man it was hard. I still do everything one step at a time and try to spend as much time ith my brother as i can.

I am very sorry to hear about the death of your father. I'm sure it must be even harder to lose him at such an early age and so suddenly. My thoughts and prayers for your family.

My sympathy and prayers for you and your family. I've been this road - losing a mate - so just try to stand strong for your Mom. She will need time to grieve before she can go on with her life, but it will come.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. My Dad will be gone 30 years tomorrow and that hurt you feel in the first moments hurts just as much now as it did then. Time doesn't heal the pain you feel, it just makes it easier to swallow. I'll keep you and yours and in my prayers.

Its a sad deal to lose your father. I still want to call my dad up on the phone and ask his advice. Then I remember he isn't here anymore.
I had a great time with my father in his last year and I look fondly on that period. First I was angry though. I will pray for you and your mother.
