Title: Different Credit Amount

There was a "Fun Fast Food Survey" listed in my FusionCash surveys. The credit amount listed was $1.40. I took the survey and completed it. When I checked my account I was only credited $1.00 for the survey.

I don't understand why I was credited less than what the survey was advertised for.

I'm not sure why that happens, but you are not alone. That happened to me last month with a FC survey where I wasn't credited the full amount, only partially. I was just happy to get any credit. However, about a week later I received an e-mail from FC saying that the original amount was credited to my account. They did have to take the partial credit away, but I was ok with that. Hopefully they will do the same for you as they did for me.

Yea I am not sure either why that happens...But i got the same survey....it said the credit was $1.40....but I also only got $1....I have had surveys do the opposite though....I had a survey the other day for $3.90 credit but they game me $4.00....it is what it is but I am happy.

Thanks for pointing that out, I had really not paid attention, normally do not qualify for that many surveys but I have done some ; so I will pay closer attention in the future' that's why I love the forum it provides helpful information.

Ah well, no one is perfect and mistakes can happen...even on Fusion Cash!  I would contact support and let them know what happened.

Thanks for all of the responses. I'm not going to make a big deal of it, but it was something I wanted to point out. Hopefully FC does try to correct this.

They seem to all be doing that now. When I look at the list of surveys now, I just take off the cents portion and know that is all I will be credited. I wonder what the deal is though.

This happens, but there is usually a warning saying something like this:

Was the survey you took actually about fast food or food?

I took that survey too. I was only credited a dollar as well even though it said 1.40. Don't know what's going on with that. FC will eventually catch it though and send everyone who done the survey an email explaining the situation. They always take care of us. :dontknow: :wave:

 :sad1: i stop taking survey for awhile do to, too much disappointment for not qualifying but will return back to the game.
