Do you really know yourself friend or foe ?

Is "both" an acceptable answer or does that make me sound like a schizo?

In my mind I view myself as a positive, goal oriented, down to earth, phenomenal mother. I'd definitely say I'm a friend to myself. Years ago this wasn't the case. I wasn't aware at the time that I was behaving toward myself in a not so friendly way, I just wanted to do me, but I get it now.

I view myself as helpful, loving, and vibrant. It took me three times to get the message, but when I did, I have been to myself since then. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :wave:

I view myself as a honest person and a God fearing person a good christian woman.

i view myself as a lot of things. i know my strengths and my weaknesses,
but that doesn't mean i do anything about them. sometimes i veer away
from my strengths because they require motivation (ie: creativity), and
sometimes i don't work on my weaknesses because it's easier just being
lazy... lol.

I think I am creative, empathetic, loyal, inspired, nice and most of the time I view myself positively. I do still struggle with my self esteem at times. When I was growing up I was teased and put down a lot so I am still dealing with these issues many years later. Kids can be so mean and don't realize the impact will last many years later. I can be a bit controlling and get jealous easily but I try to remember it is my initial reaction and not to let those reactions control what I do in my life.

I view myself as a friend and I enjoy self discovery. I feel I've learned to accept my strengths and my flaws while I take steps toward self improvement. My goal is to evolve as much as I possibly can in this lifetime so I consider myself teachable.
I believe that self love is important because loving myself makes it possible for me to give and receive love with others. :heart:

I think I try to hard and feel really good when I can help others, but when I can't and things go bad I don't get a little disappointed, I get really disappointed. I get tired of trying so hard and then want to give up, but then I don't. I may get to go into my dream job so I will just look forward to the day when I don't have to take these surveys anymore from companies that do not even pay attention and go bust terrorists.

Everyone really knows themselves. You know how you feel and what you think. Others may not but you do.
As for knowing somebody else, no, I don't think you truly know others. People are good at lying and pretending.

If it were just me, I wouldn't have that much to say. My self esteem or confidence level is not so high. But I am part of God through Jesus Christ! God loves Me! He says I am good! (now anyway, lol) Through Jesus I am righteous. And He lives in me, so that's a good thing. :thumbsup:

I think everyone if a their own friend and foe. No one can have as much impact on you as yourself either way.
