Title: DVD Survey

Anyone else having problems half-way through this survey?

I tried it once, and halfway through it said that I may not have cookies enabled.  I could not continue any further. I know for sure that I do.  I tried it again later in the day and it went all the way through and I got credit within about 10 minutes or so.  Hopefully the issues have been fixed across the board.  It is very frustrating to have problems like this and you end up wasting your time.

Have tried 2x and still have not been able to access.  Get unavailable message.

I imagine this survey is closed.  It is gone now.
