Is anyone else having problems with your Bookmarklet or Start Buttons on CloudFlower, especially, Investment tasks? :sad1:

what problems are you having? I've done several that gave me an error but still credited when I finished...more info would help

I've been having trouble with the bookmarklet not working or telling me I'm not working on a task, etc. This has been going on for two days and I filed support tickets each time. So far, haven't heard anything back.

I did quite a few of those tasks today and got errors on most of them. When I do, I'll take a screen shot of the error and send it along with my "Broken Job" report to Crowd Flower.

Cloudflower emailed me and said they fixed it, but they have not, at least on the investment one I just tried.

I'm not sure what this is - but if it's related to some crowdflower task - then once you get the bookmarklet - you always have it - so hopefully you will get it just one time... ::)

FC can't help out with this issue. If you are having trouble with the tasks you need to submit a ticket to Crowdflower directly. There is a link under the Help button in any task screen that says "File a Ticket"
