Keep getting the following error message when I try to save my personal account information.....
Error
We're sorry, but an internal error prevented your request from going through. Please try again in an hour or two.
(At the sign-up the system said I would not be credited my $5.00 Sign-up bonus if I didn't complete my account information right now)

Put a ticket in to the adminstration staff. There may be a glitch. They can help you so you do not loose your $5.00. Good luck

If you can't save your account information try cleaning your cache first. Before doing any surveys make sure you clear your cache and after the surveys clear the cache.

Sending a ticket to support would be your best bet. They are the ones that are going to have to sort it out.
