Do you drink a lot of soda? Why or why not? (If you do, what do, what's your fave brand?)

I drink a can a day, don't know if that's a lot or not. I really only drink Coke or Pepsi.

Yes I drink soda. I mostly drink Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi.
I have given it up several times.....then it seems I start up again.
I do drink way more water than soda, but I should give soda up again as there are those that say it is truly bad for our health......

Yes, about two cups in a day but I am not drinking soda every day.

No, I don't. I used to daily my whole adult life, esp when i was in college, but stopped drinking it years ago.
I do on occasion "treat" my self to a coke zero at Sam's Club. Or order diet pepsi/coke at a restaurant.
I drink coffee and water that is flavored with something, like green tea.

Yes, I drink it about 2 or 3 times a week. My favorites are caffeine free Coke, Dr. Pepper and Cranberry Sierra Mist.

Yes, I drink a lot of diet coke. I like the crisp taste and the caffeine gets me going.

I have not drank soda since I was 15 and am now 71. I got sick drinking Pepsi while takeing cough syrup. Dang sure
ruined the taste for me.

Yes I drink but not everyday, because of sugar I try to avoid it. so when I am out somewhere if i thirsty...waters comes before soda for me

I love soda but I don't drink it really because of the hfcs - now occasionally when I find some that has real sugar I treat myself but it is very few and far between. My sons and I eat popcorn every night and we have a small glass of juice with that where we used to have soda.

I drink quite a bit of Coca Cola so I guess I'm addicted to it.

No I do not drink soda, but I will drink some every once in a while. I stop drinking a lot of soda a long time ago and I now just drink water, juice, and tea.

That's all I do drink I have bat least 3 20oz bottles a day my fave is Diet Dr Pepper

Yup soda and tea. I know it is bad but it is one of those things I can never seem to stop. I get real bad headaches too I have noticed when I do not have any for like a day.

I try not to because of the all the dangerous chemicals used in most sodas. Artificial everything: Color, flavor and presevatives. I drink vanilla cream soda only.

I used to drink a LOT of soda when I was younger. But since following a healthier lifestyle, I try to refrain from it as much as humanly possible.

I'm trying to cut down on soda but I do like a coke zero or sprite zero now and then.

1 sprite per day try to drink water as much as possible.

I stopped drinking all soda about 5 years ago, no real reason, but I don't miss it all. I drink unsweet tea. Can't live without that though since I don'tdrink coffee either.

Sometimes I do drink soda.
Soda is not good for my health but I get cravings. Sometimes I drink diet coke.

Yes -- just always grew up drinking soda it seems to taste best "go well with most food I eat" and also it is the only thing you can get unlimited free refills on at Restaurants other than water and the restaurants kind of frown on you just ordering water.

Nope Never, I don't like the bubbles or gas.

I used to for a short while (I havent had any soda in about 10 months,I decided to quit drinking for my health) :) when i was drink pop i would drink coke or pepsi(cokes my fav)

I drink 7-Up, Sprite, Fresca, Sierra Mist, Caffeine-free Pepsi, Caffeine-free Coca-Cola, and Caffeine-free Dr. Pepper.

I drink very little soda. When I do have the urge to splurge, I go for Dr. Pepper or Cherry Coke/Pepsi.

I use to drink soda several times a day and have not stopped doing that. I now only drink soda occasionally. The reason I stopped was I felt like it was not good for me to drink so much soda.

Yes I drink soda! I get tired of other drinks during my day! :P

I do not drink a lot of sodas like I used to. I usually have one soda per day unless I am in the mood for something else like water, juice, or sweet tea.

I usually only drink a can of soda at work when I'm tired .. that's 4 cans a week ... prefer Coke brand ... no pepsi for me

I average about one serving per day.

I gave up soda this past March...with a couple of exceptions. For the rare times I get a bad headache, I will drink a Coke (sometimes two) or if not feeling well, I like to get a Canadra Dry ginger ale. Otherwise, I have gotten to the point where I can't stand to drink the stuff.

I don't drink soda only juices because I cant sleep.

Yes, I drink soda about 3 times a week such ginger ale, coca-cola, pepsi, and dr. pepper.

Yes,I drink soda.I stick with the diet varieties.Some of my favorites are Pepsi Max,Coke Zero,Diet Mountain Dew,Dr.Pepper 10,and 7-Up 10.

I drink Coke too. Before it 1 can a day, but now sometime I drink one can. I know it not good for me but I think I'm addicted already :)

I don't drink a lot of soda but when I do I usually go for my favorite which is seven up.

I drink mostly diet drinks, such as Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Diet 7-up, etc. I don't drink as much as when I was younger, but I do have them about 2 to 3 times a week now. I drink them as I like them. That's all to it. I use to think it was also due to the carbonization, but after drinking a sparkling non flavor water (terrible) I guess that's not completely true.

Not regularly. During the summer I may pick up some quality root beer or cream soda to enjoy. Once in a great while I may have a Pepsi at a restaurant. Typically I choose whatever white soda is on hand (Sprite, 7up, Sierra Mist) if I choose to go the soda route.
Mostly I tend to order water or hot tea when I'm out.

I drink lots of soda - too many - even though I know they are not good for you. I guess I am addicted to the caffeine and it gives me energy to make it through the day. My favorite is Coke.

I drink Coke Zero....everyday, all day long! Don't know how many....but, I know it is way too many! :in-love:

I don't drink soda very often because it is to fattening and I won't drink the diet or zero's. When I do drink a soda it is coke classic. And if I am in a resturaunt that has the new machines that you can chose and add then I will get the cherry coke. But don't ask me to drink the cherry coke from the can. It just is not the same.

sometimes i have cans of it in my house but i mostly drink water when i drink soda its more like a treat for me

When I do,I try to drink caffeine free.I'm actually trying to cut down on drinking soda with my new healthy diet.I went from drinking half a 2 liter bottle a day,to a bottle a week.Drinking Green Tea instead helps. :)

Today I do lol. No seriously I don't drink soda often but occasionally if we are having pizza on the weekend I have started buying a small carton of the pepsi's out now that have real sugar instead of corn syrup. Yummy - homemade pizza and soda.

Nope No Soda! They are not good for health one study suggested that a can of soda have more than 22 teaspoons of sugar in it! That's too much sugar! I am already so sweet no need of extra sugar from soda! :)

I don't drink soda very often. However we did just buy the Soda Stream and can make our own at home now, so that might change a little bit. I generally only like Sprite or Orange soda. I really have to be in the right mood for a dark soda.

Yes, but really try not to. I will drink a lot of soda for awhile, and then will go on some health trip and drink lots of water......maybe to balance? Idk ???....Lol I use to love Pepsi, but I now drink Root Beer or Diet Coke Zero and sometimes Dr. Pepper with lots of ice! Yum! :)
